Hi, I want to make a small arrangement regarding how the team members are displayed.
For example I’ve a department “IT”, i can show all it’s member via shortcode in ascending order of names.
each member have their designations like 1) Front End Developer 2) Back End Developer 3) Tester 4) QA analyst etc…
Now the shortcode displays all of them together in ascending order of their names, i want to display all front end developers in ascending order of their names after them back end developers
in ascending order of their names and so on. Can someone tell me how would I able to do it?
The overview page is showing blurry images. If you click on the image it shows a detail page with a sharp image..
I don’t know how to fix the blurry images on the overview page.

]]>The plugin seems to have reset across our multisite. Suddenly no team members are showing and none of the shortcodes work. Photos are still in the media library of members we built, but their post/pages no longer seem to exist even in older backed up versions, although the Wayback Machine shows these directories in full as of that same time. Did something happen to the plugin to make it reset, and is there a way to recover all the lost data without recreating the whole directory?

Demo version does not do a good job of showing what the capabilities are nor show what you can get in the Pro version. Demo differs from what the documentation shows, which differs from what the plugin website shows.

Since recently (I presume after an update), the images aren’t showing anymore. Have they always been embedded as base64 image/gif src, or is this a new thing? Anyway please check on the page I’m linking, the images aren’t showing (browser says in inspector: “could not load the image”; I tried both on Firefox and Chrome).
All images are showing perfectly well in the Layout Preview.

]]>In cases where there is no featured image of the team person, the plugin automatically assumes a default image. This default image is clearly of a man. This is causing problems when the team member is a woman… So, how do I change the default image to a generic image, without having to upload a different image (other than that person’s photo) every time? that the person is a woman?
Here’s also a tip for an upcoming update, to change the default image to something “genderless”.

]]>Seems like whenever I use the plugin to generate a members gride, either via Elementor or shortcode, it sets something (I am guessing some cookie or header) that prevents NGINX from caching, throwing x-proxy-cache-info 0 NC:000000 UP:SKIP_CACHE_NO_CACHE header.
Is there any way to prevent this from happening, as it is seriously compromising my client’s websites performance?

after each update, I had to change the plugin code because it makes the wp backend very slow otherwise.
The method “refresh()” in app/Controllers/Admin/TaxSorting.php is called on admin_init each time and needs ~10-20s on every backend call on our site: add_action( ‘admin_init’, [ $this, ‘refresh’ ] );
This line i always have to comment out. It would be nice if you could fix this for the next update.

for example if I choose Layout type “Grid Layout” and Layout style “Layout 3” it should show a popup when I click on a team member. But instead it redirects me to the detail page. This behavior is the same on all other settings regarding a popup by clicking on a team member.
