I’ve loved using this plugin over the years and even bought the Pro version (now discontinued at CodeCanyon). I kept using it all this time even without updates, but now it’s causing errors on my site so had to deactivate it. Any chance of this plugin coming back? I’ve always preferred the features of this plugin over others. ??

Sometime the Send email to clients show sometime not.

I update my zip file and the button appear once in a while and sometime not. Why not let the button always there and let us choose if we send a email update or not?

Now i not able to send email, i update the file again, nothing, no button to send email, what can i do?

When I go to edit a product, the email options slider button is showing the wrong number of buyers with download access. Only 166 people have purchased this particular item and the slider button is saying that 526 people have access.

I’m afraid to send out the email, so I’m leaving it deactivated for now, until I can figure out what’s going on. ??

I have installed the plugin and can see the Send Product Update Email button on my product:

What is meant to happen after I turn the button on?

I selected Send Immediately and turned the button on but nothing happened. Then I tried saving the product to see if that had any effect.

I never saw the screenshot from the plugin page that indicates the email has been sent. Where should I be looking for this?
