I’m trying to use your widget in Elementor. I can see a bunch of ‘generic’ WordPress widgets but not yours. Is there any workaround/fix? I don’t use Gutenberg. Please advise. Thank you.
]]>I’m using loco translate and it says there is no translation chain ready.
It would be great to be able to translate the few sentences on the widget.
It looks fantastic with elementor and some css. Thank you !
Also, there is no options and it would be really awesome if we could just change the date format like we want it to display like j F Y for France for exemple.
And you would really rock if we could choose :
– the default Date to something else than today
– the default “From timezone” to the timezone we want to show
Hello,
I took a look on the web and there is nowhere such tool. That would be really helpful for many of us and in every cases.
I imagin a dropdown with the timezone location to insert in the page with a shortcode.
And another shortcode we can put around every date or hour we enter in the page, with the formatting we want like “G:i a T” for exemple if we only want the time.
Exemple of user case:
We have an event page and we show date and time on our timezone into the entire page.
The visitor can select his timezone in the dropdown somewhere inside the page, so all the date and hours reload and update to the choosen timezone.
That would be possible ?
]]>Hi there
Can you tell me the classes or IDs I need to refer to in order to style the content of the From Time and To Time drop down lists.
At the moment, these are presenting as white text on a white background so are impossible to read.
Thanks
]]>It would be really useful if there was a way to have the “From” timezone either automatically set to the timezone that the site is set to, or have this be set to a starting timezone by the site admin.
I am using the widget on an online event schedule page where the visitor sees the times of various speakers. The widget is there to help them confirm the time the speech is taking place in their local time zone.
So having the From timezone default to the timezone of the event would make the widget much more user friendly.
Thanks
]]>Version 1.0 (01.09.2019) does not work with PHP 7.3.16 (and up?) unless you strip out the extra space after the closing ?> at the end of the …/includes/tcz-functions.php file. It did work with up to PHP 7.1 (I didn’t test 7.2).
Stripping out the space is easy, but this plugin needs to be updated to fix that.
]]>There seems to be a bug in Chrome Incognito tabs where the plugin hangs and fails to calculate the converted time.
]]>Nice and simple plugin! I have a couple of feature requests though that would make it better: 1) provide admin an option to initialize timezones. 2) add a special timezone called “localtime” that would represent whatever timezone the user is in so it can be initialized for them.
Thank you…
