Do not use this plugin free or paid. I paid for this plugin and received absolutely no response. The author doesn’t reply to contact form messages, message through the website or the support button in the plugin. I had to resort to getting a refund from Paypal because of no response from the author about the 15 day money back guarantee.
I was also charged recently for renewal even though I wrote that I didn’t want to use this plugin anymore.
Better, well coded options are available. Skip this hassle.

Tried to purchase this from their site. Each time it said the credit card transaction failed. So we kept trying and gave up. Credit card statement shows all those transactions went through despite never getting a receipt or license code.
This seems abandoned. Looking into disputing the charges and legal options for fraud.
Tried contacting developer nearly 10 different ways including an active Slack account of theirs. At this point they do not respond and do not refund money. I also see in the terms the subscription is autorenew. We definitely will take legal action including filing a police report and notifying ic3 if the credit card dispute fails.

Unfortunately have to give a 1* review as a result of the customer support. I paid for pro membership, but have been experiences glitches from preventing the plugin from doing what I need.
I have sent 3 emails and started one forum chain and had no response. Very frustrating!

This is a mixed review. The product works fine.
However, Code Parrots appears to be a dead company since 2020. We have been double charged (automatically) for two years running, and despite various attempts to contact them for months now, there is no response.
Their Twitter and Facebook accounts have not been updated since 2020. There are multiple complaints on their FB feed similar to mine about double charging and no response.

The advertised add ons for this product do not work as promised. I have submitted 5 support tickets through the premium logged in support and their contact form and they have all bounced back into my email account saying undelivered.
This is a scammy poor plugin.

I bought this (PRO version) several years ago. Although not perfect – neither performance nor support – workarounds made it “useable”. I eventually deleted it over a year ago.
However, just this week, I got an unauthorized credit card charge which was traced to this plug in’s vendor. This means that the card had to be replaced and the numerous merchants that it’s registered with must be notified.

Took off two stars for a crucial bug, I can’t use the Custom Icon plugin with the Image Sliders plugin, they seem to conflict; and took off another two stars for no response from customer support to help me address the issue.
I would have been more forgiving with my rating if I didn’t drop $99 for the plugin.
6/2020 Update: tried to contact them about an issue with an automatic renewal, NO RESPONSE. Tried to email them directly via paypal support, NO RESPONSE.

I have this plugin installed on a site and it used to work. Once we updated our version or WP it stopped working. I contacted support, but never got a response after 4 weeks. I would move on and find a better plugin with better developers.

Don’t buy! I purchased the premium version ten days ago, have requested support twice through the premium form and have not heard from the author at all.

Purchased the “Timeline Express – Complete Product Bundle” which is supposed to be the top tier version with “best support”.
I’m using the DIVI Theme and it DOES NOT show any of the formatting within Timeline Express.
Have sent 2x HELP requests and still no response.
Will be submitting a REFUND request UNLESS I hear back by the end of the month.
If this gets resolved, I’m also willing to change my rating because I like the plugin but not getting what I paid for.
