After setting up the plug-in, I press the Import button and it loads the events posts, but then resets all settings plug.
And if I choose in the settings of Russian interface, it still remains English.

When I try to upload the .zip file an error message is displayed:
failed to copy C:/xampp/htdocs/wordpress/wp-content/upgrade/tickettool.1.0.12/tickettool/css/*
