I have uploaded photos to support the below: https://imgur.com/a/41eRLEp
I have products in sub-categories (which are selected to appear in all parent categories also) however they are not appearing in my sidebar.
Please advise.
]]>None of the filters are working. No products are filtered when you make a selection on the filters.
]]>The first part related to “CATEGORY” items in one of my product filters is not working properly.
I assume that this issue started after the version update released yesterday.
These are captures of:
1.- Current settings: https://prnt.sc/2-TuFcu4N8OE
2.- How it looks: https://prnt.sc/KXs6yAATq1nX
If someone can confirm/help on how to solve this?
Thanks in advance!

I have installed a product filter on this page. And just realized that it has stopped working.
The filter can be operated, but its not doing anything to the productlisting.
It still works if I’m logged in, but all other users of the webpage is not logged in.
My guess is that it has something to do with wp-rocket.
Any ideas on what I need to exclude, or other theories?
Best regards
Patrick
Seriously this is the PERFECT thing to add to your plugin:
It took me some time to realize the premise of this plugin, is that it’s basically intended to be the primary way customers navigate your woocommerce store. This explains why if I use my navigation to go into products/bicycle tires, the filter still displays brands, colors, sizes, tags etc. that have nothing to do with the product category I am currently viewing.
And that’s the issue. That’s what’s missing. It only needs a check box “Limit filtering options to products in current category and subcategories” (which means filter by category only displays subcategories of currently viewed category). So when I’m viewing “bicycle tires” it doesn’t list brands of pedals, saddles, handlebars, or colors that none of the bicycle tires have. It should only display attributes, tags, etc. that match the currently viewed category and subcategories.
The way it’s currently implemented, I need to make separate filters for each product category, separate templates for each product category, separate attributes for each category (tire sizes, handlebar sizes, saddle sizes, wheel sizes). And if I want to use it as a main navigation, all those tags and attributes result in a HUGE filter.
Hi,
I noticed that when using the filter, a parameter is added to the URL of the link, which is totally fine. (ex. https://catalog.buyswag.store/?wpf=product_sidebar&wpf_category=hoodies).
However, the pagination below the products do not update.
For example, if you select ALL AGES > Youth, there are 16 youth products so there should only be 2 pages, but it shows 6 pages or more. Also, the paginations are not updated with the parameters in the URL so when selected, it will show another page of all products because the parameters are not included in the pagination links.
On the other hand, if you select BAGS > Backpacks, there are only 2 backpack products so the paginations should disappear.
Currently the website uses Elementor Pro, and the page is using a custom product archive template, with the product filter added by the shortcode widget and the products section by the product archive widget.
How can I make the paginations update with the product filter selections, and have the paginations disappear when there are only 1 page of products?
Thanks!
]]>Hi,
The filters are working but it seem a bit slow and visitors might think the filtering got stuck.
There are 66 products on the store which could be a factor on why the filtering is slower but is there anyway to optimize the filtering speed?
Thanks!

]]>Hi,
On this page: https://arcadesnackdev.wpenginepowered.com/product-category/snacks-mixes, when you select a filter like “Nut Mixes”, it shows correct number of results, but when you scroll down, it’s showing products which do not belong to that category. I’m using an another plugin called “YITH Infinite Scrolling”, and they’ve confirmed that there’s nothing wrong with their plugin’s configuration and setup in this case. Can you please help what I’m doing wrong here.?
]]>I am reaching out to inquire about a possible customization for the filter plugin on our website. Specifically, I would like to know if it’s possible to display only the main categories in the filter options, with the subcategories appearing only when a user clicks on one of the main categories.
On our website, we would like to show only the following main categories in the sidebar:
Once a user clicks on one of these categories, the subcategories would then become visible.
You can view the current setup on our website here: https://glasdeurenonline.be/webshop.
Would you be able to assist with this request or suggest how we might achieve this behavior?
Thank you in advance for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.

]]>Hi there!
I am trying to display the count of products available filtered by size, but the size tab “TALLAS” is taking into account all the products in inventory with that size. My client requires that the count displays 0, so customers don’t try to filter when the selected size for does not have stock on the current category.
I am using Divi as theme and constructor and this category is displayed using Divi’s Theme Builder for a custom layout for that specific category. Is there any way to modify this behavior with a custom function for my functions.php? In case this bug is going to be fixed, when is it going to be released?
Thanks for your time.

]]>Hello,
Your plugin seems very nice – although I am just palying around yet.
One important question raised: is there a way to “pre-filter” the tags, so only relevant (present) tags are shown in filter bar?
Like you have a category for Shoes and Hats.
For hshoes you have a tag for “35”, “36”, “37” let’s say.
And for hats you have: “50”, “52”.
When you are on Shoes catageory page, tag filter should look like: 35, 36, 37. It should notice that there are no products with tags as 50 and 52. Still, filter shows up like 35, 36, 37, 50 and also 52.
It would be important to “pre-filter” the tags so only related ones show up.
Can this be achieved in teh setup or with a custome code?
Thank you!

]]>Good morning:
First of all, excuse me for my English, I am Spanish and I don’t know much.
I tell you: I have a store that sells old newspapers, for each one I have created three variations, day, month and year, so that the client can search for a newspaper from the day they were born, the day they got married or any other significant date.
When I filter, the system shows me all the products even if they do not have that date – set of variations – available.
The plugin is configured as “AND” in the general configuration (although I have also tried with “OR”, with the same result) and the filters are configured with “AND”.
What am I doing wrong?
Greetings and thank you very much
