I am using Themify Ultra in a website, it used to work properly in the past. I perfirmed a backup a few months ago, and website is not working after I restored it. I got the following error messages. I uninstalled and installed again the plug-in and theme but it is still not working.
If I use another theme is working well, however I built many pages in my website with this Themify Ultra theme so I am trying to solve it.

Good afternoon.
The problem with your plugin is that it makes pages inside the theme of the wordpress pages.

How to make the menu and all all the theme vordprez disappear? So that on the whole page and the header of the site and the basement and everything else was on the whole page?

Can you please update the limits on the Responsive breakpoint selections in the General Settings, specifically for ‘Table Portrait’ in your next version update? The max breakpoint is only 768 and the newer tablet widths in portrait mode extend up to 820px and even 834px for a couple of them! Thanks!

I have a lot of page with costum menu with h3 tags.
It leads to a seo problem, can I change all of them to text?
If not how can I change one by one? I can’t find any option for that in the builder.

We have Flatsome��s WordPress theme, trying to edit my homepage by using UX Builder does not appear to save.
None of the changes take.

When I try and Exit? it says all changes since last save will be lost��

The updated content only can be seen via admin logged.

can’t see the updated content publicly.

I have bought Flatsome��s WordPress theme the other day. And I tried to fix my homepage by using UX Builder.
I selected my favorite background, and then I pressed ��Apply�� button. Next,I pressed ��Update�� button, then I tried to leave this page. But the warning ��Exit? All changes since last save will be lost��, and my correction that I have made was not saved and reflected.
What should I do? What do you think is a problem?
Please teach me.

I’m getting this 2 issues.

1. I have a page with an iframe and in PCs and Android device goin well but in iOS (ipads & iphones) getting blank-empty page inside iframe.
2. So trying workaround the first issue, I’m dissabling Themify Builder from that specific page but now are displaying some grey boxes elements in footer of page. The code added is a DIV element named id=”tb_lightbox_parent”.

I already try even disabling the Gallery Module Lightbox in the settings but not working.

Some advice with this please?

Hi, i want to change a theme and to stop using themify builder on a website. But when i deactivate the builder, content is emply on pages and posts. How to do to have my content back and to turn off all about themify ? Thank you

Something happened today when I was using the Themify Builder, and images that used to be square (or nearly) at the bottom of each page became different sizes.

The images on each of the pages are supposed to be 375 wide and 340 high, and their settings still specify this, but this rule no longer seems to be dictating what the images are doing. For example, what you can see at the bottom of the above link.

Builder is not saving changes made to contents. It does not also go into frontend edit mode, it just keeps on loading…

themify builder is not available on the blog page how can solve it?

I’m currently working on a Woocommerce webshop and I’ve created a product archive with the ‘Advanced Products’ module. However I’m unable to filter the out of stock products. Is there any way to apply such filter to the query?

This concerns a product archive (multiple category pages) and multiple product sliders on the home page. They all use the ‘Advanced Products’ module.

Hello, is there a CSS to make this fix? when I turn on the builder module, it seems fine, but after saving the settings it shows the same result. I know some of the titles have different lines, 2 and 3 so it creates the issue so any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

not just above link. lots of products are there in which the product editor page stucks. i am unable to make any changes and browser keeps saying page unresponsive. when i deactivate themify. things go back to normal. please help me.

I use for my Website Themify Builder, now my Website looks like not good. I deactivate Themify Builder, now I can log in, when I have themify builder active, it says critical error.

I use wordpress 5.9 but there is no update, if I delete the builder, I think my all pages will go away?

Themify Builder does not apply the changings on my landing page even W3 is deactivated. I want to replace the background video, but nothing happens. It’s remaining everytime the existing back ground video. Also I tried changing some text but this will also not applied.

I found a closed topic where its explained to deactivate W3. I also tried this several times, but nothing happend.

Also tried cleaning the browsers cache. I tried safari and chrome.
Also tried incognito tabs. Without success.

I would be appreciated if you could give me some support.

Hello, I am using Themify theme and I wanted to know how to change product filter slider button colour in mobile. Because it has #dcaa2e colour and I can’t find anywhere to change it.

We have a site that has the latest version of the plugin (5.1.1) that is causing the site to not load on any browser on an iOS device and Safari on desktop Mac computers. It loads fine on any other browser and OS it seems.

We narrowed the problem down to this plugin. Deactivating it allows the site to load without issue on iOS and Safari.

I can’t say for certain, but the problem seemed to start with the update. There seems to a problem with this particular update in regards to iOS and Safari.

Is there a way to get a previous version easily?
