Hi,

Doing this page as a contractor, I didn’t set up the original site so don’t know how it was put together in the first place. When I create new tiles and put simple bit of code on, like:

[themify_button link=’https://www.chipsunlimited.com/’%5DText%5B/themify_button%5D

it doesn’t work. I installed the Themify Shortcodes plugin and it still did not have any effect.

I feel that I am missing something very obvious, but I can’t think of what. Unfortunately I have not got the access to the Themify support.

Could anyone give me a clue what I have done wrong, or point me in the direction of a really good basic tutorial?

Hi everyone,
I just built a site with the Weaver Xtreme theme and Themify page builder. When I finished my work I decided to switch the layout to full width, the theme doesn’t make any problems, but the builder does not change to full width.
I had this problem before with another WP installation, as it was a fresh install, I just reinstalled everything and set the theme to full width before installing the Themify builder. That worked fine.
Problem is, I already worked on this page for a week and really doesn’t want to do it all again and I assume that uploading the builder exports would cause the same problem.
Just reinstalling the page builder didn’t work, so I hope someone here has an idea why this happens and what to do without reinstalling and starting from scratch. Thanks in advance.

Since the recent update, I can no longer edit the Text Module.

The Error message that appears when I try to do so, on backend :

This module is excluded from the Themify Builder settings. If it is an addon module, it could be deactivated. Re-enable the module in Themify Settings or re-activate the addon plugin to resolve this problem

I have tried inserting a new Text module, and can enter content as normal, but once Saved, again, it cannot be edited.

I did as suggested – unchecked the Text module in Settings, saved, then rechecked it and saved. No improvement.

I’ve disabled builder in its Settings page, then re-enabled, with no improvement.

I’m reluctant to deactivate or re-install the plug-in as I may lose all my work – 30+ pages of content.

I know it’s not tested yet with WordPress 4.8, but does anyone have any ideas what else I could try? I’d appreciate any advice, thankyou.

I’m using Themify Builder with polylang plugin. I’m facing search issue in WordPress admin panel. Go to pages and typing some keyword (which exist) always returns ‘No pages found.’. Is this a bug in your plugin or I’m the one facing this issue?

I tried switching browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera and Lunascape). Nothing. Can anyone help?

themify video module will work in blog style front end embedding. but when I try to front end on main web page with a photo background. video will not show after save and closing builder. I can back end load it but it defaults to playing automatically and has no play button to stop video even though auto play setting is disabled. I’m new and don’t know what I’m doing so play nice.

Thank you for the overlook tutorial, it’s a big help

After updating to the newest WordPress (4.7.2) I updated Themify Builder Lite and that caused blank white page syndrome.
I had to go into my cpanel and rename the Themify folder to deactivate it.
Likely I’ll just uninstall the plugin but it’s a shame because I didn’t really get a chance to trial it yet.

I’m giving Themify Builder Lite another try and I’ve noticed on thing. I add the text module, get the editor for it, and the tinyMCE buttons show up. But not all of them. The button for Simple Dropcaps appears, but not the one for CM CSS Columns. The last I have use for and I would like to have it available. Can you make it available with Themify Builder?

I used the plugin to do a simple page, adding a text module and some text inside it. But when I went to preview it what I got was a white field. You should be able to see what I’m talking about here. In addition, when I click on the button for the plugin I get the same result.

The theme is Weaver Xtreme BTW.

Just installed the plugin, when I activated it my website crashed. I’m running wordpress 4.61. Using Themify Simple Theme. Additional plugins installed:
