Doesn’t do child themes, but otherwise does exactly what I wanted.

I am reworking a custom theme so it is fully responsive. The new theme has a parent-child relationship.

I’ve set the new theme on my own account, but it doesn’t load the CSS.

The ‘default’ theme works fine.
