When attempting to edit a page using Elementor, the side panel never completes loading, remaining greyed out with a loading wheel.

Checking the console, I’m seeing a 500 response from admin-ajax.php

POST https://[SITE_NAME_HERE]/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error)

Finally, my WordPress debug.log contains the following error message:

When you want to create a new personalized header, the footer area is automatically deactivated, similarly in the case of creating a footer area.
Is there any solution for this problem?

Hello. The plugin is loading but not active.

I deleted the plugin, but it still appears in my dashboard. how do you remove it completely?
