After download and install you need to setup an account with them on their site.
No problem.
After filling out multiple pages I got some OOOPs error.
Worthless script if you can’t create an account to run it.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

This plug in requires you to add an account on their site.
No problem.
But when you get through a few pages of info and then their site says OOPS, that means their join page has issues.
Wasted 15 minutes installing and trying to join, it was quickly deleted.

Got great support on the live chat plugin today.
Wanted to make my chat window pro-active, so it opens after 5 seconds. They provided me a piece of code to make it work.
Here is the code:

I was really amazed how easy it was to set up an account and implement the plugin into my wordpress-site. (https://www.snap-360.nl)
Live Chat worked right after I filled in the account information in the plugin-settings.
Casengo has a free 1 user license, is very easy to implement on your website and has a very easy back-end in which you can assign chat requests to multiple operators if you would like.

Its good but perhaps a preview button can be added so you can easily see the differences.
