Hi, the button is not working. It shown on the page I want it by putting [thankyou] but it doesnt do anything when click… could you please tell me exactly what to do to fix this? The page is this:

How do I remove and delete this plugin completely? It failed to activate on my website (DCJTech.info). Now, I am unable to delete it. When I click “delete”, I see a white page. When I go back to my list of plugins, it is still listed as “deactivated”.

It seems that button display and run well.
But, any images seems same button and count.
And, stats of plugin can not run well.
