i’m using WP testimonials on my WordPress 6.6.2 and Ocean WP 4.0.1 theme.
I’m using the minimal style with border and i have selected to not displaying the picture and the stars in the reviews.
it’s ok for the stars but pictures still displayed.
Do you have some tips to get pictures out ?

]]>Hello, I have a problem with the autoscroll of the testimonials, both on desktop and mobile. I have three testimonials, but the plugin shows only two of them. Inspecting the page the third block is present but the autoscroll doesn’t work anymore.

I have found .ti-review-content { background-color: #a5edf020 !important; } to be working for the text only but I struggle with figuring out how to cover the entire background also around the content.
]]>Hei there, im having troubles with the big testimonials where when i click on the read more button, the full testimonial isnt shown, for some reason its calculating wrong the height. I tried puting the option of auto Height in the shortcode settings but didnt do anything, the height is always overritten.

However one “feature” I don’t really like is truncation of the Company Website URL to the main domain only? I’d like to be able to point to specific pages but seem to be blocked by the plugin enforcing this editing.

]]>Hi, I’m choosing to show Dots in “Dot Navigation” option in Step 4 of Widget Configuration but it shows a line style navigation. I saw the testimonial widget in DB and it says “dots” but not showing in my page. This shows this way for Desktop and Mobile.
I also tried with another Slider model but problem is the same. Stills showing a line instead of dots. I also have to overwrite display:none for ti-controls-line class.

]]>When trying to edit an existing widget I have to use the ‘Create widgets’ tab but this starts the create widget flow again, I am unable to switch to a specific tab (‘Setup Widget’ for example) to change settings. This is a particular issues when you have customised settings and don’t want to undo these setting when choosing the ‘Select Layout’ (the only way to proceed currently).
Needs a way to edit existing settings easily.

How can I translate “Read more” and “Hide”?
]]>I am trying to add slider on homepage with 460 * 460 size.
But it shows odd / different sizes for some images. don’t no why? some images scaled perfectly but some comes larger than fixed ratio.
and not for this size only but for any other layout size same issue.

I have a dozen testimonials on my homepage using Layout Slider I. On desktop, I can scroll down to read long testimonials, but on mobile devices, there is no ability to scroll to read the entire testimonial (long testimonial get “cut off”). How can I set this plugin to allow for either scrolling long reviews on mobile or to modify the height of the testimonial container so that the entire text can be seen without need for scrolling? Hello. I have a page that does not load properly because of the plugin.
When I remove the shortcode, the page loads perfectly.
With the shortcode, the page gives an error at the bottom:
Could not download the template for the widget.
FYI – it worked fine for months before exhibiting this behavior.

I see your plugin has stopped working since yesterday (Critical Error), and your website https://www.trustindex.io/ appears to be down. Is this a temporary situation? I have included a link to my development site I am busy with.
