I tried for two years to get support. I cancelled after two tries where I was instructed to get support with live chat on an extremely technical issue. Reached out to the company and after 55 emails they as “goodwill gesture” and two years of collecting fees but not being able to get the cloud flare to work I finally became irate and cancelled and removed it from my site. God help anyone who needs suppport. I have lost all revenue for a month due to my site speed issues going unresolved and they dont care only about the fees and expect you to use chat bots

I installed the free version of 10Web Booster, and after it “optimized” the homepage, the site styling was completely broken and several critical plugins removed. Thank goodness my hosting platform has daily backups we could restore from, otherwise we’d be screwed. Beware!!!

I just installed the free version of 10Web Booster. I must have overlooked the details but once you have the plugin installed, you need to sign up on their website. Then, the homepage of your (client’s) site is optimised. With the free plan you can add up to 6 pages to optimise.
I would have appreciated to find that information right in the face before downloading and installing the plugin.
But the most disappointing part of this plugin was to find that the specific page I wanted to optimise, only went from 65 to 68 on mobile.
“Want a higher score? Maximize your score with Pro level.”
Eh, no, I will deactivate and uninstall this plugin and look for another option.
I’d like better a full trial version, see the *real* optimised results and then decide to buy and continue.

I tried it, the score may increase which means the website is broken. On the developer’s homepage, there is no mention of a refund policy or not. I reached out immediately and was told no refunds. I’m not satisfied

I’ve spent over 500 hours trying to achieve perfect speed scores and never got above 90. The FREE version of this plugin achieved 99% score on all targets within literal seconds. I’ve tried other Ai optimization plugins before (even one I paid $100 for!) and they all broke my site! This plugin didn’t even throw off a single function! I did have an issue with hamburger menu not working, I deactivated WP Meteor to remove the issue…easy fix. Do yourself a favor and save hundreds of hours and dollars with this epic plugin. I will definitely be using it across my entire site soon.
I never come to leave reviews but the developers of this plugin deserve it more than anyone. Imagine what perfect speed scores can do for your SEO!!!

I really needed to speed up my site and I made the mistake of trying this plugin for several weeks.
All I managed to do was slow down my site and waste days trying to find solutions with very poor support.
I can’t believe they have so many positive comments here and on Trustpilot, it could just be a fraud!
The support is very bad, most of my messages have been closed without response!
Some support don’t know anything about WordPress, one of them didn’t know what Related Posts were!
I made the big mistake of believing in it and trying the paid version, but don’t make that mistake because there are no refunds, even when, like me, you make a mistake when paying, I lost a lot of money.
Don’t think that being on Cloudflare enterprise will speed up your site either, because you don’t have access to the settings!
My Cloudflare pro is more powerful because I can adjust it myself, and there are many SEO-friendly options that you lose if you sign up with them!
And you’re not protected from bad bots.
I once had over 100,000 visitors, but the vast majority were bad bots.
On my personal Cloudflare account I can block them, but on their Cloudflare Enterprise account, they don’t block them because they take money when you exceed 100 GB of bandwidth.
I have costal VPS hosting which is perfectly sufficient for my site and its visitors, but when I was with them, my hosting alerted me every day that my site was slow and that I was consuming too many resources!
As soon as I got out of this trap, my hosting returned to normal!
I don’t know why my site was consuming so many resources when I was with them.
