I just added my 21st person to a Team Member list. Now the last person on the list, regardless of who it is, does not have a Upload Photo” section. Instead, they have two “Upload Hover Photo” sections. But no photo shows up on the webpage for that 21st person even if they previously had a photo assigned to them before being moved to the 21st spot.

I went to add some team members and edit others today. When I click on the Edit button to edit out the team all the current team member’s descriptions/biography shows in text format vs visual. When I click on Instant Preview the html strings are visible. I’ve tried editing a biography in Visual Editor and then updating the bio but it still shows the html. I haven’t clicked on the update/publish button because I don’t want this visible on our website. Right now, it shows correctly on the front end of our site and I don’t want to update it until I know it won’t mess things up.

Can the data be imported and exported to/from a CSV?

How big should the profile image be? Some may be “logos”.

Can it also show phone number and email address?

All team members Bios are now displaying code instead of proper text.

Copying the “Visual” code – and pasting it into the “text” box will result in the “Visual” once again being correct – until you “Update biography” then it will revert back to the code again.

Trying to update my team member info and find that the mail link is not passing the mailto: variable, url ends with “cm&source=mailto “.

Any suggestions?

Hello, one of our members pages which we created froze and then wiped all the data in it. All other members pages are working. Any ideas how we can get the data back? unsure why or how it happened, but it will take hours to input the data again.

It looks like the Team Members Box has the members aligned left by default. Is there a way to align team members center without changing the number of columns? For example, if I have 4 columns and only 2 items, how can I move the 2 items from the left to the center? Please see the link to the page I need help with for reference.

I used Divi Builder to create my ‘Meet the Team’ page but today I could not edit this page after editing it last week with no problems. I think it may be because Divi has a new update (which I am unable to do).

Does this plugin only work with the latest version of Divi and should I be looking to a different plugin instead as updating it is not currently an option?

I really like Team Members and I am using it with the Divi Builder. I’m having trouble figuring out how to make a better layout for the actual team member’s page/post, once users click to get there. The website isn’t “live” yet, but I’m hoping to make this look better.

I have tested several operating systems and multiple browsers. Firefox, Chrome and Safari do not show the “X” in the upper left hand corner of the bio boxes. The only way to close is to press the “ESC” key or click off to the side of the website page. The x does show in Edge and IE but it is very faint.

I do not see a way to adjust in the settings.

I recently added the WP Team plugin to my site. It is working pretty great – still figuring a few things out, but overall pleased with the result. However, it seems to have caused an issue with my Nectar Slider. When I disable the column that includes the WP team plugin, the Nectar Slider works again, but when I enable that column again, it messes with the slider at the top of the page. You can see how the slider is supposed to work on one of our other pages on our website > https://youthambassadorskc.org/what-we-do/. The other pages are working fine still, which is what leads me to believe it has to do with our WP Team plugin.

Any help is appreciated before I waste too much more time! ??

From the button right-top you can use darkmode in my site, but team members box is white. So i need to add in my style.css’s theme a darkmode code to change the color for this box only when i use the button. I’ve done this for few plugins, but i don’t know what is the class for this background. For example.

My other plugins works in darkmode like this:

(style.css’s theme)

.darkmode #wpforo .stylebox
background-color: #333

So basically i need to add a line that is connected to this box, so i can change the color for the dark mode. I hope you understand what i mean.
