Hello, I manage the site for the small roofing company I work for. I have paid for the Team Builder Pro but when going to the plugin in the dashboard, it doesn’t show that it is upgraded and just keeps asking me to upgrade.

The people I am using your plugin for don’t want their Social Media links out there. Can I completely remove them? Also, can I remove some but not all (just in case someone decides to allow it)?

These warnings have suddenly appeared in the settings in the Team Bulider and can now also be seen on the website.

I only see the option to Add a Team Member or DELETE ALL! I just want to delete one team member.

Is there a way to increase the amount of content that can display for my team member bios when you scroll over their image? Right now only two lines will display, but I need this to be much longer.

Hi, on this page of our website: https://pablasolicitors.co.uk/our-team/ when I view that page that has the team builder plugin embedded, on a mobile phone the auto scrolling between team members eventually freezes within the first 3 – 6 team members. The scrolling either freezes, or reloads the page.

The website is using the latest version of WordPress and the latest update of the plugin – (which I have just updated, but still getting the issue.

Any idea how we can fix this please?

Since the last update, the teams are not shown on my website at all. When I try to make any changes to the plugin, I get a fatal error:

Hello,

I’m using the free version of Team Builder for a small business website. Everything works as expected except the carousel dots. From what I can see from the demo and examples these dots should be horizontal and centred underneath team photographs. On my website they are left aligned and vertical (dots on top of each other instead of side by side. Can someone take a look at this and tell me what the problem might be? I’ve checked the code (I use a custom framework) but can’t see anything in my code that may be clashing with that of the plugin.

I notice that there is template/designs folder. What is the specific instruction in order to customize these design templates?

For example in our theme, would i create a “template/designs” folder and copy the files from the plugin there? Best practice is to not edit a plugin code directly obviously so I’m curious how to do this with your plugin.

However, we are now experiencing an error, where on any page we use the Team Builder short code, the website displays a critical error, with the following error message (when display_errors is turned on):

The profile photos I am using for TeamBuilder Pro are appearing in high quality on the Teams page, but when I click the pop-up for each team member, the pictures are very poor quality. Hi- This is the second time I’ve bought your Pro plugin – using for a different client this time. Same thing happened when I bought and used it the first time though. The team member names are not displaying. They ARE displaying on the first two teams. After that, I clicked to make my the first team’s styling my default. The third team I created after I did this and it’s team names are not displaying.

Second issue is that the team members bio’s or descriptions are not displaying. This is happening on all teams. I’m happy to provide a temp wordpress login for you if needed. thanks

I’m having an issue with a client’s website. We have a couple of different teams set up and one of the teams currently has a team count of 118. Over the past week when I try adding new team members, it is not adding them to the team and in some cases some of the team members near the bottom of the list were overwritten. I was wondering if there is some kind of limit to how many team members can be added to a single team? I tried adding a new team member to one of the other teams that had a much lower team count and that seemed to work.

I am trying to drag the team members by clicking on each window and dragging them to another spot. The icon with four arrows shows up and the window moves around, but it will not stay in the new position. Please let me know how to reorder the members without having to delete them and re-enter them. Thanks

It’s the only one with round effect however its so small you can barely see the picture, why would anyone want it displayed so small ??

Hi, I really like the plugin! I am trying to make all the member photos the same dimensions for visual continuity.

When I change the sizes of the photos in the media library, they still look to be different sizes on the plugin page Any suggestions, maybe using custom css at the bottom?
