I have installed “ROLE CAPABILITIES” plugin to create a “Support” role for a helpdesk user to logon and perform duties. I don’t want that person or team member to have any responsibilities other than editing pages, posts etc or resetting passwords.
I can only see the Ticketing System link on the dashboard from an Administrator logon.
How do I change this so the TD Ticketing system is available to the Support role and Administrator role only?
Sorry no link to site as it is Sandbox environment.
Hello,
do you plan to add internationalization support in near future?

I really need it because English is not very strong with most users of my website.
Btw. thanks for this plugin, recent versions are great!
Hi there, thank you for this simple and easy to use plugin, I am by now trying to translate it in french. Maybe I could send you a language package if you’re interested. And also in BR portuguese from brazil…
But for now, I am looking on how to insert an upload file in your plugin.
I can’t see the I have been changing it on the Templates, but this starts with <div…
Is it possible to give me a had ?
Again, thanks.

Hi, I had a problem with the email headers not properly with qmail. I was able to fix this by changing all instances of the php mail() function to the wordpress wp_mail() function. This is a very easy fix, simply add wp_ to the front of all mail functions.
eg change
mail($to, $subject, $theMessage ,$headers);
to
wp_mail($to, $subject, $theMessage ,$headers);
cheers

Hello,
I get Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function 'td_tts_userAjax' not found or invalid function name in [...]/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 429
and because of this the plugin isn’t working properly.
The whole thing is rather strange:
td_tts_userAjax
.td_tts_userAjax
to another file, I immediately get Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in [...]/wp-content/plugins/td-ticket-system/td-ticketsystem.php
.Help, please? Tell me if you need more information.
Thanks in advance.
P.S.: I believe correct way to include javascript is by using wp_enqueue_script. But am not sure if it would solve this issue.
Please please please, let me know what version of WordPress, what version of PHP and what other plugins you have installed. I’ve tried this plugin on WordPress 3.8.1 with PHP 5.3 and 5.4 and I don’t run into any errors. So, I can only guess that it’s either an issue with older versions of WordPress, older or restricted versions of PHP or a clash with another plugin.
