I used this one once upon a time and thought i give it a try although it hasnt been updated since 3 years.
I did not test security issues with it, but it still just works (do not use it together with Yoast SEO, it adds its own editor there)
1 Star minus for not maintainig

Works great on the edit-tags.php page, but fails to implement TinyMCE on the “add new” form on the main tags/categories list page.
