When I enter two cities and calculate the fare then it say “Entity/city is not set. Please contact the webmaster”.

Will you please let me know how to resolved this issue?

If you are experiencing errors with 1.0.0, please be aware there was an installation issue with the initial release. To address this issue, you can:

1) Deactivate. Delete. Then install again. (recommended)

2) If you have access to FTP, please modify the plugin’s root folder name from /taxifarefinder/ to /taxi-fare-calculator-by-taxifarefindercom/.
