I am facing a situation that I want to configure tawk triggers for buddypress profile pages of other members. Let me elaborate the situation for you below.
Suppose John logged in with the username “john”. So his own buddypress profile page will be https://<some_url>/members/john/

Now when John visits profile pages of other members then I want tawk to initiate triggers. e.g. the trigger would happen when John visits let us say https://<some_url>/members/mike/ . This trigger should not initiate on John’s own profile page. Other than his own profile page it should trigger on all other members profile pages.
Can you help to in this regards.

Hi, nice plugin, really appreciate it.
I have integrated this plugin on several sites and on a recent site I am working on the plugin enables fine, but changing any settings such as

Pasting the script.
Enabling advanced settings
Enable chat window everywhere

Any option I enable and then press save, doesn’t save the settings, and the page that refreshes after the save doesn’t load completely.

There are no errors thrown in the debug log or anything. I am really at a loss.
I have even tried disabling all other plugins and the exact behavior continues.

Whats the difference from default tawk to plugin?

I added the script and it removed the <script> code and just left the code without it. The chat window isn’t showing, is there an update or something that is being worked on to fix this issue?

may need to update plugin to work with Version 3.2.0

thanks for plugin. i have removed the official tawk to plugin since feature overlap. but this time, my status is not changing and i always seem offline. how can i correct this?

I’ve been adding the shortcode to my page-templates using the following shortcode <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[tawkto_show]’); ?> but since upgrading to the latest version this does not work anymore. Adding the shortcode manually to a page is working like it should. I can give you adminaccess if you would like to look for yourself.

If you run version 2.0.5 or lower of this plugin, please update it for compatibility with all versions off WordPress. Version 2.0.6 makes this plugin work with all versions of WordPress: 4.7.1 and lower. It was released as an update to 2.0.5 which made it compatible with version WordPress 4.7 and up but not lower then 4.7. This is now solved.

in admin area.

So I started deactivate plugins one by one. After deactivating Tawk.To Manager
this warning disappeared.

On mobile the chat box messes with some other buttons on my website on the bottom right side.
Is there a way to make the chat box appear on the bottom left side instead of the bottom right side on mobile only ? (On desktop I want to keep it on the bottom right side).
