I tried logging in after about 4 months, but says “password expired” [How come?]
Now when I hover mouse on Forgot Password, it shows “https://dashboard./forgot-password” whereas for your knowledgebase it shows valid link “https://www.tawk.to/knowledgebase/“. Even when I hover mouse on Sign Up, it shows “https://dashboard./signup?source=WordPress” I am not able to understand what is wrong.

The plugin creates a conflict with our scripts in our website. If we deactivate the plugin our custom scripts work, but if we activate the plugin, our scripts stop working.
We also tried to enqueue our scripts before the tawk.to scripts in the header, but of no use.

This has been an awesome plugin before but now it is unusable as the Chat doesn’t send email notification from Offline messages.
This has happened on many sites after the start of December 2023 so it is not a one time error or site specific error.

I am trying to have the tawk button show up not only in my main pages, but also in my post pages. However, it’s not happening… here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- cleared my cache (what feels like 100 times)
- tried 3 different browsers (cleared cache again)
- disabled all plugins (it doesn’t matter which plugin I disable it consistently refuses to show up in post pages)
- tried a different theme – no success
I don’t know what else to do ?? Can you help?

Some missed chats and offiline messages are not notified by email even though we set to receive notifications by email and it used to work before
I checked today that we had some missed and offline messages accessing from desktop that we did not get notified about via email, some get notified by email other do not
