My customers facing ERROR 504 Gatway time-out

When they purchase from my website

The Redirection page keep loading then the error white page show 504

Although the payment successfully deducted from Credit/Debit Card. (its also successful in Tap payment website dashboard)

The redirection should be to the /thank-you page.

WooCommerce order status show pending payment then it becomes canceled.

Your plugin is not supported by wordpress right now. its out to date. and i am using it in my website. when i receive a tap payment. even if the payment success the order status is always failed. is there any update you guys will release soon that can fix the problem ?

Hi, I’ve integrated the Tap payment method into this staging website. https://taibastaging.com/2196-podacademy/ and you can check it by adding an item to the cart.I have a request regarding the payment process and It should be done on my site and not redirect my customers to the Tap payment site, this is very important to me. Here is another website https://pod-academy.com/cart/checkout/express/course/1172 with TAP payment method and I want a same checkout as them. Please guide me how I can achieve this?

but in dashboard return order by status failed

After Payment Success order status in dashboard changed to failed order; How can i solve that?

I installed your plugin in my site. i gave merchant id, username, password. can you please provide api key. and also When we select tap button and click on place order It shows “payment failed” error. give me your support.
