Hi,

We’ve recently set up this widget and noticed that if the post has more photos or is a carousel each photo is separated in another post in the widget grid instead of showing only one post in the grid for each post with multiple photos or a carousel.

Another thing we noticed is that the links to the posts also don’t work.
Please let me know if this is a bug or I can change something in the setting.

The feed is pulling posts from Facebook, however it doesn’t pull in all of the images. Also, clicking on a post doesn’t do anything.

Please can you let me know if there’s anything I need to change in the settings?

The image from my LinkedIn feed is not displayed in the feed on my website.
Although they are visible in my ‘widget’Moderation’ module on https://app.tagembed.com/

Also the Reels theme is not displaying correctly.

I noticed that when new persons review the company on google, they are not automatically updated on the site. and there’s no way I can update it myself on the site too. And in fact, it’s not all the reviews on google that even appeared on the site. Please what do I do?

Plugin is directed at a FB page, and is displaying posts on my WP site okay.

But at the moment, text-only posts are displaying with a cloudy blue box in place of the image–because there’s no image for those posts. I can find a setting to display just the text of all posts. But what I want is a) images displayed for posts with images, and b) just the text displayed (no image placeholder box) for text-only posts.

Can’t manage to find that in themes or customization. Feel free to check the site to see what I mean. All I can find are ‘show no images’ or ‘show an image box for everything even if there’s no image’.

Hi there–couple of questions about this plugin. I’ve got it up and running on my site already, seems to be working okay in general, allowing me to display recent FB posts on our WP site.

I’ve got some questions that might all be related, so I’m putting them both in this post. To further complicate things–I am not a FB user. Never have been. I’m connecting a website for my team to our team FB page…and I’m one of the few on the team who doesn’t use FB, lol.

1. The Feed tab in the widget settings has a ‘connect’ option–what will that do for me? The FB posts are already being displayed, I’ve already directed the plugin to the right page, so I’m not sure what connecting does.
2. When I click that ‘Connect’ link in the plugin setup, it asks for FB login credentials. Given that I want to connect to a team page, and not to one particular user’s account, can we just connect by entering one of the FB page admin’s credentials?

After having installed and activated the plugin, it now seems as if I have to login (I am not told what I have to log in for).

So I assumed, that I have to register at https://app.tagembed.com/. That′s what I did.

Using these credentials in the WordPress Backend, it says “Oh snap! Something went wrong.”

I recently purchased the Pro Plan in order to create a LinkedIn Feed on a company website I’m developing in WordPress Elementor. Everything works fine except the auto update feature. Information for your pro plan states, that update times are around 30 minutes. But even after 24 hours there is no auto update to the feed.

I created the feed via the company url option and have not set any moderation or auto moderation.
Options are set to auto update the feed.

At first I tried to embed the feed via JS. Today I installed the tagembed plugin to my website and recreated the feed from scratch, but that also didn’t to the trick to get the feed to auto update.

I’m hoping to get some help in this regard, so thank you very much.

I wanted to test your plugin but unfortunately the plugin cannot be activated. After installation, the “activate” button loads endlessly and the following error message appears at the top: Activation failed: {“status”:true, “data”:[], “message”: “OK”}

I have been working with wordpress for a long time and have therefore gone through the classic troubleshoot methods:

1. reinstalled WP – i used the lates version (6.5.3)
2. deactivated all plugins
3. reinstalled Tagembed again – even manually.

5. I kinda dont understand the deprecated-notes because everything is updated and running in the latest version. I have nevertheless downgraded the PHP version from 8.2 to 8.1. However, the same error message still appears.
6. There are no entries in the apache error log.

When I go to the plugin overview and try to activate the plugin again, this time I get the error message “The plugin cannot be activated because it generates a fatal error.”

Any ideas?

Hello. I received an email asking me to reconnect the Instagram account so that the feed on the donbosco.eus website would be operational again, but after the connection I can’t see the image of the different publications and when I click with the mouse it is not visible and gives an error.

The feed should appear on the homepage of the website but it doesn’t look correctly and before the image was seen but now it doesn’t

Hi – this problem has occurred a few times now: our Facebook posts seem to be showing on the mobile version of our website but not on the desktop version (windows and Mac). You fixed it last time but a bit annoying it keeps occurring – is there something I should be doing to prevent this from happening?

I am trying to enter linkedin feed page but as many times I add the post page it fails to add it and keeps saying “Enter Linkedin Post Url” .

The post page is “https://www.linkedin.com/company/xyz/posts/

If I add individual post link it adds 1 single feed at a time but that defeats the purpose and I can embed one post a time anyways if I wanted

Hope you’re doing well. I’m encountering an issue with the TagEmbed plugin and would appreciate your assistance.

Currently, the plugin is only displaying 44 Facebook posts, which seems to cover approximately the last 5 months. However, I have a total of 500+ public posts on Facebook, including a mix of video/text and photo/text posts.

I’m curious if there’s a limitation on the number of posts displayed or if there’s a workaround for this. It seems like a significant chunk of content is missing.

Hello, unfortunately, the texts from Facebook posts don’t show up. Images are okay but the only texts which are showing up are the links connected to the post.

Hello. I can’t add my Instagram account and I can’t add any feeds. I linked my Instagram Business account to the plugin, but no account/feed is listed. I cleared the cookies and checked the private windows. It didn’t solve anything.

What is the difference between “LinkedIn manual” and “LinkedIn?Feed”?

And can I add the feed via shortcode in my php file?

My name is Mikel Castellanos and I have contracted the Tagembed plugin in its basic version to be able to see the Instagram Fedd on the https://donbosco.eus website and since a few days ago the corresponding section appears blank on the home page of the website in all languages but I do not get an error and apparently the connection is established…

The images are not showing for Linked in. I’ve turned off other plugins in case of a conflict and changed the theme but still the images don’t show.

Do you have a fix please?

Tagembed has not been showing our Facebook posts for a while now – although they do show to select in the ‘Filter’ Tab so they are being picked up?

I do like Tagembed but it is a bit buggy – for example since a previous update some time back the ‘Responsive’ option for Column Count (Desktop) suddenly stopped working so I now have to select ‘2 Columns’ – which works OK but it’s not as good as it was working previously.

My instagram feed, https://www.instagram.com/princerubyv/ , includes still photos and reels consisting of photography and AI art. On tagembed, my photography shows up, but the AI posts do not. I have tried exporting these AI reels using the same settings as the others, but they still do not appear on tagembed. Why would this be?

Hello, I am using the free plugin for WordPress and it is only fetching Twitter posts from 5 months ago. I have tried removing and re-adding the account in WP admin, but no change.

Most of the posts in the feed are reposts – is the plugin excluding reposts perhaps? I can’t find a setting for that anywhere.

Hi, I have the free version on Tagembed to display a Instagram hashtag feed on my website. A lot of the images are not displaying correctly. They are all light blue. I usually hide them in the filter option, but I really would like this issue fixed. Can you please fix this or tell me how to fix it?

Hello, I have the free version of the plugin and it does not update the instagram, twitter and tiktok feed

We’ve been using the free plugin, for Facebook images, for quite a while with no problem. A few days ago though, the images stopped showing up properly. 3 old ones are showing up and the rest are showing up as a blue box. We tried disconnecting and reconnecting and that didn’t work.

Any suggestions?
