it just works great on an Ipad, but i haven’t tested yet on a smartphone

The core code, Photoswipe, has a big problem with newer Android devices and the author has not fixed it. So, this plugin is defined by the core script and works perfectly on iPad/iPhone but very glitchy on Android.

Wish someone would fix it!!! LOL

Just what I’ve been looking for as a photographer. To have the functionality on both desktop and mobile is very important to my business and this works brilliantly. I’d like to be able to edit the desktop lightbox in more detail though … although as it is works well with my theme.

Thanks so much for focusing on this. I would love to see more customizable css features built in. I have modded the stylesheet and a few of the interface graphics to work well on retina displays and such – if you (the developer) are interested please reply to this post and I can show you what I’ve done. I would be happy to work with you on the continuing development of this plug-in. As a high-end WordPress site developer it’s critical that my designs work just as well on mobile as on desktop.
