Hi all!

have two forms on my web and need to collect data.

Suretrigger sees the web, sees all the forms installed on the site, but does not fetch the data from any form after sending the forms, although the countdown continues…
There are no conflicts of the plugins. API is installed.
Theoretically, what could be the problem?

I was trying to set a trigger to send a whatsapp message to customers after product purchases.

While setting the flow, I used the “@billing phone” but it carries a phone number of one of the customers.

When a test is done or a product is purchased, it is sent to the number with the “@billing phone” instead of the user that purchased the product.

What can be done to fix this?

If moving from one automation plugin to SureTrigger, is it possible to import those actions and triggers into SureTriggers?

I try to create a workflow, where a new contact with tag “Has registered” in FluentCRM will enroll this contact to a course “Free class” in AcademyLMS.

Unfortunately, the workflow cannot be published! Let me reproduce the steps:

In the AcademyLMS workflow action under the “Configure” tab, I have successfully added the course and I select the email provided in the “User email” field. Weirdly, it seems I can only chose from a “dummy” entry [email protected], as you can see on this screenshot.

Then, in the “Test” tab, an error will be displayed after I click the Test button:

“There was an error(s) with your Workflow.
User with email [email protected] does not exists.”

I have already added a user in FluentCRM and assigned him the tag “Has registered”, to check if the AcademyLMS trigger cannot connect with FluentCRM unless any contact data are available. But the issue remains.

Any chance to help me out with this?

I have created a few tags in GH Has registered & Has enrolled, and in ST a new workflow starting with a GH trigger.

When I try to assign any of these 2 tags to the GH trigger, they are not available. Only Any tag is shown in the “Select tag” field, as you can see on this screenshot.

Is this a known bug?

I am a developer for the MailPoet WordPress plugin, and I wanted to bring an important update regarding the use of our internal code to your attention.

We have noticed that your project is utilizing code within the \MailPoet\Models namespace. This code has been deprecated for some time and has been triggering warnings. It was not intended for external use. We have always provided a?public API.

The problematic file is /Integrations/mailpoet/actions/update-subscriber-to-new-list.php

$existing_subscriber = \MailPoet\Models\Subscriber::findOne( $subscriber['email'] );

The code above will stop working. There is a method in the MailPoet’s public API that can be used as an alternative (https://github.com/mailpoet/mailpoet/blob/trunk/doc/api_methods/GetSubscriber.md). The plugin alreadu instantiate the API so you could just replace the code above with. The $exisiting_subscriber would be an associative array.

 $existing_subscriber = $mailpoet->getSubscriber( $subscriber['email'] );

We aim to remove the \MailPoet\Models namespace in next couple of weeks. This change is necessary to maintain MailPoet’s integrity and performance.

Hey. this looks promising but some early frustrations.

1. I am using “Create new user” as trigger using WordPress and I want this to lead to action to add info to example a) Google Sheets or b) new member in Paid Memberships Pro but I see this error: “Undefined array key “pluggable_data”.” There’s a prompt suggesting to make sure the system has seen a user created as some kind of model but even after creating a user through multiple means (admin add or using registration form in WP User Manager), this error persists which is frustrating.
2. Second issue I tried to use this on two sites but was denied because only one site can be added to my Sure Triggers free account. However the Sure Triggers website management page doesn’t show these websites so I have no way to remove one of the sites.

I want to make a website intended as just a Storage Unit.

It is to be used to store information of the Men in my Church— because I manage Data of the Men’s Group. The Men need to feel loved and cared for.

So I need a way to wish each person ” Happy Birthday ” on their Birthdays.

This is what necessitated me to want to make a website that allows them to Sign up and fill in their information, including their Birth Date.

After Signing up, they don’t engage with the website again, unless they want to change and update their information.

Or, except they just want to view information of other Members.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION

We could give each Member a small form to fill. Then extract the information and place them on an Excel Sheet. Each Day, I could check the Excel Sheet to know who has Birthday, then I can send an Email and a WhatsApp Message to that Member, wishing them ” Happy Birthday“.

THE CHALLENGE

It’s too much work going through the Excel Sheet everyday.

THE SOLUTION

Because it’s too much work going through the Excel Sheet everyday, I wanted to Automate the process– by creating a website that allows the Members of the Men’s Group of my Church to come online and fill their Information.

Then, they will receive a Birthday notification from our website by 1am on their Birthday.

This Data will be pulled from the Birth Date that they filled, when they Signed up.

I am confused. I am currently trying to set up the free version of SureTriggers, and on the website it says I have 5 free workflows.

However, if I try to switch on “Status” in a workflow that I have created I get the error that workflow consists of pro features. Do I need to toggle Status on to make it active? Or what does Status do?

I tried to test the workflow without “Status” switched on but nothing happened.

PS: Same error is shown if I try to save the workflow.

i cannot connect my worpdress site. the page si showing a blue button with the right connexion in 3 steps but clicking on button will not make anything…

I am trying to connect MailChimp with SureCart via SureTriggers. However, I have 14 tags on my MailChimp account but I see only 10 in my SureTrigger workflows. How to fix this?
