Hi
I successfully installed the plugin and activated it.
The Supra SCV tab appeared but all of the menus are absolutely empty. Only the docs menu has a content.
No errors were encountered during the installation process.
PHP error log doesn’t show any errors.
Tried to reinstall the plugin several times.
Any suggestions on what might be the issue?
]]>Hi All, I am an Amazon affiliate and I am attempting to sort my product displays low to high on Price which is provided in the post via a custom field “Amazon_Price” but it contains a $ thus it can not be sorted as numeric. The first step in my solution which has been completed was to add a my new custom field “price9” to each product post and manually insert the correct value without the $. This works and when sorted on yields the correct sequence of the product displays. But Amazon creates a problem for me when they change prices. My proposed solution to this involves SupraCSV. I would like to export these product posts while moving the “Amazon_Price” field to the “price9” and stripping away the $. Then import this file back into wordpress. I would run this daily via a WPCron job. The export and import steps appear to be fairly simple but the problem is with the stripping of the $. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I’m considering buying your premium version but I have a problem ingesting files. It gives the error “403: Bad login/pass combination” when ingesting files with debug on. In Configuration, I’m using my current admin username and password. Is that correct? Or should I be creating a new user?
Also, even though it says “403: Bad login/pass combination”, at the bottom it outputs “Successfully ingested Maison a vendre a Vacoas at line 1 of ingest-15-09-09-09-02-27-am.csv with postId: 1” but there’s absolutely no new post which has been created. So, as you can see it’s all very confusing. Please help.
I will buy if this works.
Thanks.
]]>Hi.
I recently purchased SupraCSV. I’m able to upload my csv file and create and map fields in the file to fields in the predefined, post metadata, and custom term areas of the ingestion page.
However, when I click on ingest, the circle loading just goes on and on and i do not see any corresponding output anywhere on my site. No new posts. Nothing in the database. Nothing.
The ingestion debug file reads:

I’m using WP4.2.3, and the latest lifetime premium Supra CSV plugin cannot create presets. If I write a name, and click the “Create Preset” button, nothing happen. the cofiguration behaves ok
Post Info however has an extra “enabled” checkbox next to the Mapping Configuration items and the CRUD for saving the presets does not function – the settings are not saved.
then when a file is chosen in Ingestion nothing else occurs.
I paid for the full lifetime licence – please could you assist.

I have a custom post type that I need to export – that is easy. With this custom post type is a meta field that appends to a registered user so we can display their name and bio (description field) in the front end of the website.
Is there any way to have the custom post export with the appended bios and names from the user fields?

I have been having issues updating a new CSV file and having the POST META data change. After the ingestion is shows that it changed and everything was a success. For some reason on the front end I dont see the change. So i did some digging. I did not find any gold, but i install a plugin called the Post Meta Inspector, and according to that (the link below to a screenshot) it says that there are 2 fields, any idea how to stop it from dupilcating and just replace the fields already there. I know it did it before, but now it just doesnt work.
As you can see in the screenshot, the update has taken place, but it creates a whole new field.
I also did a fresh install of the plugin and wordpress locally and i still get duplicates.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I use the premium version, and uploaded a CSV with a bunch of posts as a custom post type. No matter what I do, I can’t get them to display. They all display as “Post Not Found”, and it always forces it to use the index template, regardless of what I have defined for the post type. They show up in the admin panel and in a loop that I have listed, but none of them show up at their respective permalinks.
]]>Hello,
I am using the premium of the Supra CSV plugin. Every time I try to set the post to published and set the date, it never works. I even exorted a CSV of content that i changed in WordPress. I uploaded that same CSV with post_status and post_date and I still uploads as pending. Anyone know the right way to tell the post to be published in the CSV file under the post_status column. and the date always sets to 1970/01/01. So is there a certain way the date is suppose to be set up as well?
]]>Hello!
Did your plugin supporting mapping data to Advanced Custom Fields field settings?
How much for the premium version?
Thanks a lot.
Configuration and Upload works correctly.
But uploaded files can’t display with content (function Preview / Download).
Function Ingestion obviously does not work too.
In WP 3.6 plugin works correctly… (only sort testing).

]]>When I use this to update posts, if I don’t link fields in the predefined section, they get removed. If I just want to update one field, everything else disappears:
post_title, post_thumbnail, menu_order, post_parent, etc all disappear after updating.
Is there a way to update just the fields I link during ingestion? I don’t want to have to have all the other fields linked for every update if I’m just updating one post meta field.

I was looking into purchasing the premium version of Supra CSV, but the link to your purchase page, which was in the WordPress plugin, as https://www.supraliminalsolutions.com/blog/downloads/supra-csv-premium/ and didn’t work.
I also finally found a link to purchase it at https://www.supraliminalsolutions.com/blog/listings/supra-csv/ .. but it was so confusing (asking for a PIN) that I didn’t know what to do.
So I entered a 4 numbered (pin) but then it gave me an error message:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getId() on a non-object in /home1/suprali1/public_html/versionSubscription/apps/frontend/modules/purchase/actions/actions.class.php on line 66
So .. I’m not feeling very confident in purchasing your premium plugin, if your website functions like this.
Please contact me back and let me know what’s up .. what the premium version costs, etc.?

I have a big csv files to import
my first one has more than 22,000 rows, and it’s now in the 3rd day of importing!
The plugin is working but it started with more than 2000 rows per hour and now it’s working at rate of 300 rows per hour or less!
I’m using latest version of WordPress and Xampp on a local machine.
]]>Hello there- I was wondering if you could potentially help me to integrate the Posts 2 Posts plugin with Supra CSV Pro. I’ve already made two custom post types: Products and Parts
What I’d like to do is set up a connection between each of the Products I’m importing and the corresponding Parts that go with each of them.
Looking at the code for the Posts 2 Posts plugin, it appears that this is the way to programatically make the connection:
// Create connection
p2p_type( 'YOUR_CONNECTION_TYPE' )->connect( $from_id, $to_id, array(
'date' => current_time('mysql')
) );
(From here: https://github.com/scribu/wp-posts-to-posts/wiki/Creating-connections-programmatically)
The trouble is that I don’t actually know the $from_id and $to_id and would have to manually create each of the pages first in order to do so…
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, as I’d love to not have to connect each of the thousands of products by hand!
Thanks so much,
Dave
