Hello. After trying several times creating several tickets, I noticed that the replies are not sent to the clients, so they don’t know about the tracking of my tickets. Until yesterday everything was working correctly but suddenly it stopped working.
When a user creates a ticket, the email is sent to the client, but if I reply, the email is not sent. I am using EasySMTP and the email works fine. I installed SMTP logging and the email reply is not sent and is not shown as executed. What could be happening?

]]>I have been asked to create a support ticket portal that is 100% anonymous where people can voice their complaints or concerns about the company (this is for employees).
For this to by anonymous it means that on the user creation it cant have an email address registered to it.
So i’ve taken away that from the registering process which is completely fine, however, anyone that logs into the site without an email address attached to their account, cannot see the support candy main page to put a ticket in etc, what happens is they get caught in a login loop where the support candy page [supportcandy] just keeps asking them to log in.
But if I add an email address to the login (via the wordpress admin dashboard in users) then they can log straight in and register a ticket.
Is there any way around this? I need this to be able to be 100% anonymous, so having an email against it just isn’t an option.

I’m currently testing your plugin. Creating a ticket as a guest works fine, but when I try to reply as a guest (for example, when the status is set to “Awaiting customer reply”), nothing happens. The loading circle keeps spinning, and after that, no message is recorded.

I am creating ticket in German and the email comes to me in German, but when a reply is added from the admin panel the second reply is in English. What are the settings the tickets email to stay in the language of their creation ?

I use the add-on for users to enter the site by mobile number, in this case, the user can register/login on my site by entering the mobile number without having to submit an email.
The problem is that the supportcandy plugin does not recognize a user who does not have an email as a registered user and does not allow the user to submit a ticket or view tickets.
If there is a solution, please suggest it.

I allow customers to upload files with a support ticket. The uploaded files are sent with the ticket confirmation email back to the customer. Is there an option to prevent uploaded files to be attached to emails sent by the plugin?

I have created a custom tab in woocommerce to embed the Support Candy dashboard shortcode. The dashboard headers appear but it wont show any other details, tickets below etc. I have tried the shortcode out of the custom tab and works fine so there is obv an issue with it displaying correctly when inside a Woocommerce custom account tab ?
