I’m trying to use this plugin and i could create a ticket with a normal user fine. The admin replied fine, but when the user goes to reply i just get a blank page saying Forbidden, you don’t have permission to access this document.

The user is using a custom role i’ve made but i’ve tried other roles for the user as well. I even set the user as an admin and i still get the error.

Any ideas why?

I’ve installed this plugin and it seems to partly do what i need it to do. However there are no settings for it so i’m stuck with trying to edit the core files. The problem is i’m not a php developer so can anybody help me edit this plugin?

First of all, when a user submits the form to create a ticket only the user gets an email. How can i make it so when the ticket is created to email both the user and the admin (or other user)?

Any help will be appreciated.

Wow in combination with a few other plugins I was able to create a decent help desk system.

But I cannot figure out for the life of me how to shift the formcontainer2 over. Its shifted to the right and not centered properly.
