I user Support Genix Lite, but cannot find any option for WPML translation of the fields, nor ticket messages.
I am subscribed to WPML, because my website should my multilingual.

But it immediately becomes an infinite preloader.
It does not log out easily when I log out.

I activated your plugin and assigned the page for tickets (left it by default ‘Ticket” page).
Assigned roles, and images, added a category, and saved it, but I can see just a spinning preloader.
I cannot see the fields, or assigned images, just a preloader…
Where to dig?

Is it possible to select multiple tickets to delete or action them.
I have a situation where the integrated software sent lots of duplicate errors, which I want to delete but it looks like it can only be done 1 by 1, whihc will take a while. Is there another way to do this quickly?
