I recently noticed that the smart bar that I am using does not show up on Chrome, while it displays as expected on Firefox and Edge. Is there a known incompatibility? or a setting to adjust?
]]>Sumo has disconnected from my wordpress dashboard, I have tried logging in and it connects for a second then bounces back to the connect screen.
I have tried this in an alternative browser and also in an incognito window. I have also deleted my history and cache, and browsing data and still nothing. the navigation bar is still on my site, I am not sure how to fix this.

We are creating a popup in Spanish for all users that visit. The popup form is in Spanish, but the error messages are still in English, by default I assume. I have attempted to find a way to change the language for all of our Sumo forms, but have yet to find the option.

I’ve been struggling for more than a year with this and can never have it really solved: the Facebook and Twitter shares aren’t shown on my page. When I see it at the FB debugger tool, my 800 shares are there but they are not shown on my site. Before, when I refreshed the page, they were shown, but now even refreshing, they are not seen.
I’m really thinking of quitting Sumo. It slows my site A LOT and it seems to be impossible to have this share thing right.
Does anyone please know how to fix this? I’m in the end of my rope here.

When I log into my Sumo settings on the Sumo website and click “Forms” at the top, the site really lags and then stalls whenever I try to edit old forms or try to create a new form.

I am facing below issue when i share post with pinterest.
General working of the plugin is like when i click on pinterest, sumome plugin will detect all the images in a post and show in a popup box and then we need to select the specific image to share.
BUT FOR SOME POST, PINTEREST DOES NOT DETECT ALL THE IMAGES SEE FOR EXAMPLE: https://www.teachworkoutlove.com/7-great-gifts-for-your-groom-after-marriage/
There are nearly 6 images in a post content, but when i click on pinterest, it show only few images in a popup that provide selection to share the images to pinterest.
I have checked the console, but there does not exists any error.
