Плагин сразу нашел вирус, который был у меня на сайте, чем очень мне помог, т.к. другие плагины его не видели. Но плагин сломал мне админку Вордпресса, я теперь по сути не могу управлять своим сайтом, т.к. кнопки в админке не работают, все плагины отображаются косо и криво (слетели CSS стили). Что мне делать, чтобы восcтановить CSS?

i am here to warn you not join sucuri .
its all an advertisments of them but in the real world my site got blocked fro, all anti viruses and tons of ssl problems on there system.
there support very pooor they only answer when you want to buy somthing but when you have a real problem with there product that its not working and caousing tons of problems they tellign you open a ticket.
so i did open a ticket and for few monthes still 0 HELP and 0 solver problems ON SSL that they provide.
Be aware.

The free version does not do what is advertised. Didn’t protect my site from malware and multiple sites (using this plugin) have been hacked.
There’s much better alternatives to use.

This is a great plugin for securing and monitoring your WordPress website. I have the free version installed on around 20 sites and the Pro Firewall through custom Name Servers on a handful of other sites (Pro costs around $199/year per site at the time of this review). I most often use the default version of the plugin for monitoring and logging with my own custom .htaccess rules and .htaccess firewall for hardening.
NOTE: Be careful when setting up functionality and hardening your settings through the plugin. Most of the 1* reviews are from people breaking their sites and getting themselves locked out by not understanding what the plugin settings do/affect and how to properly use the plugin’s settings. When in doubt, don’t enable every single security setting and just use the bare minimum until you back test your own site.

I’m trying to upload a new website for a client of mine and I keep getting blocked by the firewall, even tho’ I’m the administrator of the website.
I get it, you want to make the website as secure as possible, but c’mon, blocking the administrator from accessing even the media upload (for SVGs) it is too much.

Sucuri keeps my wordpress out of danger, notifying me at all times of any incident. When I rest, he continues to work and when we meet again, he greets me every morning telling me that my website is clean. An exceptionally good plugin, especially useful, honest, and free. “SUCURI: You need to confirm that you understand the risk of this operation.”
Would it kill you to, somewhere in the plugin, say HOW that can be confirmed? Or really go wild and actually put a link beside the warning?
This is the classical problem of developers who are so obsessed with showing off how much cleverer that they are than everyone else, they don’t do anything that is actually clever or useless.

I purchased the Pro Plan, tried to merge with my website and I failed because of lack of support from my webhosting. Then I decided to give up and asked Sucuri to cancel my Plan and refund.
They offered me to solve it for me, I accepted and they did it smoothly and perfectly. I realized that I never needed a hand from my webhosting for this. So everything works fine.
Later I got problem with loading PDFs from my site (too many redirects error), I opened ticket and the staff was very helpful, fixed my Sucuri settings and explained how and why. Everything works fine now.
Also before Sucuri I had my other security to block attacks. I had every day lots of blocked IPs on my websites firewall – after I merged my website with Sucuri, my websites firewall shows ZERO blocked IPs. Sucuri blocks em all before they get to my page.

It was updated only a week ago and it is not tested with WordPress6? that is strange at least.
Well, I tried it and right after activation it found WordPress core files to be modified, that’s what it said.
I downloaded and compared all core files one by one with the files from repository, nothing was modified, and everything was the same.
Don’t install, don’t pay, they are trying to scare you so you pay them to “clean” your site!

After I installed, set API and viewed stats, wp-admin login failed (wasn’t even a login screen available, just header jibberish) and website errors appeared at the top/head of my website pages. I was fortunate to have webhost that I could restore from backup, with only minimal loss of data.
My WordPress version is up to date as are my plugins. I would be careful with this plugin. Very careful, lot of power here. Recommend avoiding it.

The firewall is a complete mess, geoblocking never works and my account got hacked several times. I open the ticket to fix this issue and it took several days for a response. Also this guys they have access to your account and they mess up several of my files. Right now i just lost my online business due to a mess they did with my files. My website was fine before… without this firewall! Also they have a certain limit to block the ip, is not like the other plugings that has unlimited ip blocking. Just stay away from this terrible firewall, they will log into your account without you knowing and mess up your files and is the worst firewall to use for your business.

I had a very bad experience with SUCURI, I subscribed with a business subscription for $500, and they put my website offline for 2 days, a lot of problems, they don’t care about the website at all, support team without support skills, they badly modified dozens of server configuration files, and they destroyed everything claiming that they cleaned up malware, besides all of this, they don’t have a support chat, the response to the ticket after many hours with no solutions, I believe they’re teaching themselves using clients as learning materials.
After all, I ended up working on fixing the files, hiring professionals to fix what SUCURI corrupted, and migrating to another server since they had the access and they kept logging in and changing files…
It was a complete disaster.
Less than a week with this experience, they refused to refund after all.

They really need to solve the problem with sites being on Cloudflare not being able to get an API key. This software is useless if we can’t get an API key.

Securi has significantly slowed down our page from loading and it appears that it has greatly affected our SEO. Customer service was not very helpful to us. The plugin may have also affected our analytics, though not 100% sure about this. However our SEO did take a beating after we installed this, it may have also been other issues, but page speed according to our SEO expert was a big part of it. When we removed the plugin, our page speed significantly increased.

Plugin has a bug that wipes your config roughly once a week if you enable certain settings (The Automatic Secret Keys Updater is the main one). Luckily I know what I am doing and keep backups, so I was able to recover fairly quickly.
So if you want to have your wp-config.php file blanked out on a weekly schedule, get this plugin. Otherwise, stay away, at least until they fix the bug.
The plugin is otherwise fine, but this bug has been here for at least a couple months at this point, so I cannot recommend a plugin with this bad of a bug that they aren’t fixing in a timely manner.

A few days after installing the plugin my site was the victim of a cyberattack. The entire content of the site was almost completely erased, all my access has been denied, haven’t got any chance even to restore anything. 1.5 years of HARD WORK… I’m so angry I can’t even type.

I’ve been using Sucuri for many years now and have found them to offer excellent protection, along with support that is WAY above the norm. Though I’m not very technically savvy, their support team took time to explain things and to offer helpful advice about how to improve security and speed. In these days of malware, etc. I wouldn’t be without Sucuri. And I have GREATLY appreciated their help on several occasions when there were malware or other issues that either took down my site or affected its speed and functionality. Great product and team!

The developers appear to ignore all support requests on www.remarpro.com and Github. We are not prepared to use a security plugin where users like ourselves are totally unsupported.
