I have installed and configured this plugin but…
1. The detection test failed when the manual test was good (source code check)
2. The subscription pop-up never showed on my website
3. The is no help from support
Avoid this tool and go to webpushr instead !

I have used Subscribers for 3-4 months. They answered my questions in the beginning. After 3 months I wanted to cancel my paid subscription. I sent them cancellation messages 20-30 times. They even did not answer me. In addition, you cannot cancel your subscription unless you enter a valid credit card number. I had to cancel my credit card in order to cancel the paid subscription.
For this reason, I think that subscribers is not a credible and safe plugin.
I wanted to give no star however I have to give them at least one-star. I am sorry for that.

This does NOT work well with any phone screen, it freezes 9 times out of 10, and also a misleading ad as totally FREE, it is NOT totally free!
Uninstalled..

I’m truly sorry to say this, but as I love Neil Patel and always follow his advices I thought this would be a game changer
Thing is: I never received any support feedback/help on my basic issues
wrote them twice via email, posted publicly on Neil’s blog… sad to say, it didn’t get further than that.
had to remove it now that they ask me to even pay :/
never sent 1 single notification, and that’s a shame as the GUI is amazing.

I was able to drive more eyeballs back to my website with Subscribers. Secondly, I noticed that my blog post traffic increased also severely when I pushed them with a push notification. For me, it’s a great new way to engage web users!

Why have a secret insecure page for pricing and make claims about this being free?
Will update once the TOS and everything is clearly shown on the website but otherwise a nice looking tool.
