Is it possible to add an option to center gravatar or author image into box?

Is there any shortcode to insert the author box in a page?

how can i increase the size of the thumbnail/ author picture?

Is there any short code that i can use to display all the authors in a page.
Like, author name, designation, social media icons and the description of the author??
