Thanks

]]>I’m using the plugins Styles and Styles: TwentyFourteen with theme TwentyFourteen
Please see the linked page, the problem is the white area, which should be the same color as the tables and the stripe above the white content area (ie light orange). I have set all background areas to the light orange visible, but I cannot get rid of the white regardless of what I do. Deactivating Styles: TwentyFourteen did not help either. – Please help.
]]>Hi,
I have the ‘Styles’ plugin installed and it seems to work fine with the Twenty Twelve theme. Recently I have been getting a message saying:
“Styles is almost ready! To add theme options for Twenty Twelve, please install Styles: Twenty Twelve.”
Does this mean I need to install the ‘Styles: TwentyTwelve’ plugin as well as the ‘Styles’ plugin?
What’s the difference between them?
Thanks!
]]>Looking to change my site-wide sidebar from white to grey. Can this do that?
Thanks.
]]>In upgrading my site to latest twentyten version the inner background area (light blue area containing header, body, test boxes, menus and footer) is no longer transparent so the background image does not show thru as it used to. I have the Styles plugin active and also to the latest version.
Before I was able to use the following code at the bottom of the style.css
`/* code I added for formatting site */
/* rgba(195, 195, 195, 0.2) */
#container {
background: transparent;
}
#content {
background: rgba(84, 184,194, 0.2);
}
#primary,
#secondary {
background: transparent;
}
.widget {
background: transparent;
}
any help with getting the inner area background and everything it contains to be transparent again would be helpful.
Thanks

]]>Hello,
I am a fan of your great plugin Version 1.1.10 for which I have a quick question.
I could not find anything in the WP forums or on your support pages.
For my privacy section I need to indicate which cookies my blog uses.
My question is if your plugin uses any cookies and if so, what their name is, what they do and when they expire.
Thanks
Best regards
]]>I’ve recently changed the theme of our website from Hueman to TwentyFifteen & installed Styles plus the Styles TwentyFifteen add-on.
I’ve not consciously changed the post notification emails but there is now a problem with them. These emails have left border in the email text area which seems to be over-writing much of the post notification text.
Making the the window displaying the email larger or smaller moves this border. In a small window, the border disappears & the whole contents of the email can be seen.
The emails print correctly and the links in the email work.

]]>Hi,
Styles for Twenty Twelve shows a smaller site-content on mobile device/screen then without Styles. So the white area around the tekst in active Styles is larger then normal.
On my large monitor and Ipad both, with and without Styles shows the same width of site-content area and white area around the tekst.
How can I change Styles, css or … so the width of the text on a mobile screen is the same as in the default.
I hope someone helps me, have search and s …

I don’t know what to do now. Everything was fine until last Monday. Since Monday, 21st Nov ’16 all design settings are gone. But my site still looks as it should look. If I disable Styles: TwentyFifteen, the standard settings come back. But if I enable Styles: TwentyFifteen, ALL settings are gone.
I deactivated all other plugins, deleted cash and cookies, but nothing helped. I use the following plugins:
Akismet
BackWPup
Jetpack
Styles
Styles: TwentyFifteen
TinyMCE Advanced
WP Maintenance Mode
All plugins and TwentyFifteen-Theme are updated.
Could somebody help me please?

]]>Hi I’ve just downloads both Style and Styles: Twenty Thirteen but I can’t work out how to access them, can’t see them in the dashboard. Once activated how can I start using??
]]>Hello!
Love your plugin!
I am working on creating a style file for my own theme.
2 questions:
1. I have figured out how to add defaults in the JSON file for colors. Is there a way to add defaults for fonts/text settings? What would the format be?
2. I would like to move all the sections for the plugin into a panel rather than just as a whole bunch of sections in the Customizer. I’ve created a panel and been able to place normal sections created in the regular Customizer.php file but I get the sections created by the plugin to move into the panel. Any tips with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
]]>A few days ago I customized everything on my client’s site-in-process using twentyfourteen styles. She loved it. Today, those styles are gone and I cannot bring up the twentyfourteen styles options in the customizer window. Arghhh! Frustration and disappointment!
What shows in the customizer window:
“Styles is almost ready! To add theme options for Twenty Fourteen, please install Styles: Twenty Fourteen.”
I have de-activated and re-activated the Styles: Twentyfourteen to no avail. I tried deleting it and reloading it. I get a message that says its installation failed.
Please help! I invested a lot of hours in this site and now the customizations my client loved are gone and I’m at a loss as to how to recreate them. I’m too far in to create a child theme now.
Thanks for whatever assistance you can give me! My site is https://260.41b.myftpupload.com/

Thanks,

I am using TwentyEleven with a child theme. I installed Styles and activated it, but when I go to Appearance –> Customize, I have the same interface, nothing has changed. In the forum I see references to “Styles TwentyThirteen” –is there a different version for each theme??
]]>Hi,
I’m trying to alter the fonts in TwentyThirteen. I have both the Styles and TwentyThirteen Styles plugins installed and active. I can change the size and colour of the text, but the field to input font names is blank and I cannot type into it. (This is true everywhere, not just under the global tab.)
Do I need another plugin to activate fonts? Or do I need to make some other change? Is this problem unique to TwentyThirteen?
I don’t want to do anything really advanced, but I’d like to have Book Antiqua or Palatino as my global fonts rather than WP’s choice for the theme.
Any advice gratefully received.
(If it makes a difference, this is a multisite website.)

]]>Styles (Twenty Eleven) is not working anymore after upgrading to: WordPress 4.5.2
help please:-)
]]>Hi – I was just curious if you’ve had anyone reporting any issues when using your plugin with a large multisite network built on AWS using load balancers and EC2 DB load balancers. We are experiencing an interesting issue where sometimes our users experience a 500 error in their dashboard and the only way to fix it is clearing the memcache – We’ve done a lot of searching and have narrowed it down to this plugin possibly being the problem. Almost seems like a timeout issue, but haven’t seen anywhere in the plugin where you set something like that? Was just wondering if you’ve heard anything or know of any reason why this wouldn’t work on a setup like that?
Thanks! Any info you have would be very helpful!
]]>I installed the Styles plugin, then the styles twenty twelve plugin, then followed the tutorial for adapting twenty twelve to the theme I am using (Goran). I also cleared the styles.css in the new styles-goran directory. I have not made any changes to the .json file but proceeded to begin testing the customizers after activating the styles-goran plugin I had created. I was able to change several font settings, seeing the changes live. I clicked save and publish and all seemed well – except when I view the site, the changes were not made.
I am still a beginner WordPress user and have not learned any CSS editing and would love to be able to use the Styles plugin since it will cover nearly all my needs, but I’m beginning to think I will need to learn CSS editing to get further.
]]>Hi!
We got a strange bug. ‘Crimson Text’ font did not seem to be applied. I looked into Source code of the page, and this is what Styles plugin did, it put,
font-family:#dc143c Text
instead of,
font-family:Crimson Text
looks like it converts the word “Crimson” into hexadecimal value.
After installing Styles and Styles: TwentyThirteen and activating them,
i get the error
“Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0”
when i want to “Customize Theme”.
Any ideas how to solve that error?
]]>Hi
I know this has been the subject of other support enquiries but I’ve run out of options to try and fix this…
I had both the Styles and Styles: TwentyThirteen plugins working quite happily on my MAMP development hosting setup but the Customise menu now doesn’t show the full plugin range of options, just the TwentyThirteen theme shortened options. Coupled to this I get the message: “Styles is almost ready! To add theme options for Twenty Thirteen, please install Styles: TwentyThirteen”, even with both plugins installed an activated.
I have tried disabling all plugins and uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail – can you suggest a fix for this as I really like this plugin and am depending on it for my site design.
Thanks
]]>I’m trying out Styles for the first time, and I’m very impressed. It appears to work faultlessly with the latest (4.4.2) version of WP.
I’ve been working with it on my sandbox site, adapting the TwentyThirteen theme. It’s time to transfer the styles to my live site. Of course I can do that by manually transferring all the changes I’ve made in the sandbox version and putting them into the live version, but…
Is it possible to export the sandbox version and import it to the live version?
I found a thread (2 years old) where the author talked about hoping to include an export/import facility. Has that facility been added and can someone point me to it?
Thanks for any advice.
]]>Hi,
I actually fall into problems with the STYLES & 2014STYLES plugins;
with actived STYLES plugin I am not able to use personalisation of 2014-theme ! With deactivated plugin personalisation works, but I lost my modifications. It works just yesterday, but now it won’t !
I got PHP errrors like :
[19-Feb-2016 14:16:06 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined property: SFM_Group_Standard::$menu_css in …/wp-content/plugins/styles/classes/styles-font-menu/classes/sfm-group.php on line 33
and
PHP memory errors like
[19-Feb-2016 14:24:23 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 34603008) (tried to allocate 167936 bytes) in …/wp-includes/class.wp-scripts.php on line 94
while memory limit of host is normely 120M (as PHPINFO is saying).
Any idea ???
]]>I am using your plugin (and love it). It makes it so easy to change all of the stylings without having to write tons of code. Thank you!!
Ok, so I recently decided that my sidebars needed more editing: added borders, changed the title colors to stand out a little more, and did this with CSS. However, my RSS widget is titled with a link, and the link remains the color of all global site links no matter what code I use to fix it. Is there a way to alter this?
The website is BakoBookNerds.com. The widget in question is at the bottom of the left sidebar.
The css code I used for the title coloring is:
.widget-title{
color: #FF33FF;
font-size: 10px;
font-weight: 500;
text-align: left;
margin: -5px;
letter-spacing: -0;
line-height: 2.6em;
text-transform: capitalize;
font-family: "Trebuchet MS", Helvetica, sans-serif;
}
.widget-title a{
color: #FF33FF;
}
The first portion works great, but the widget-title link property isn’t budging the color..
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!!
