Your plugin is loading HCaptcha scripts (which exceed 1MB – 1/4 of our entire homepage size) even when captcha settings are turned off or another Captcha type is in use. Can you fix this so your plugin is not as bulky to run?

]]>Hello SimplePay Support Team,
I am trying to reach out to support for 4 days I still have not got any responds. Trying to get your attention with this topic. Screenshots mentioned in the article below has already been sent to you via your support channel.
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out for assistance regarding an integration issue we’re facing with the SimplePay plugin on our WordPress site, which is currently utilizing the Essentials theme by Pixfort.
We have successfully implemented the SimplePay payment form within a PixPop-Up using the WPBakery “Text Block” element. The form is operational when accessed directly via its permalink. However, we encountered an issue when attempting to display the form dynamically within a pop-up. Specifically, the payment information fields (such as card details) do not display correctly, rendering the form non-functional in this context. This has been illustrated in the screenshots attached, where ss0.png shows the SimplePay payment form setup, and ss1.png demonstrates the issue with the payment form where card information fields are not accessible.
Upon consulting with the Pixfort support team regarding this matter, they suggested that since SimplePay is an external third-party plugin, it might require the content of the plugin to be visible for initialization. They recommended checking the plugin documentation or reaching out to your support team to inquire whether the plugin supports using and initializing its elements dynamically within a pop-up environment.
If the SimplePay plugin does support dynamic initialization and provides a JavaScript function for this purpose, we would be eager to implement it. The Pixfort team has advised that any such JavaScript function can be added into a code snippet and then inserted into the site via Theme options → Layout → Advanced → Custom JS (in footer).
Given the importance of this integration for our site’s checkout process, we would greatly appreciate any guidance, documentation, or code snippets you could provide to help us address this issue. Ensuring the SimplePay form is fully functional within the PixPop-Up is crucial for providing a seamless checkout experience for our customers.
Thank you for your attention to this matter and your continued support. We look forward to your prompt response and any assistance you can offer.
Kind regards,

we are testing stripe test mode on our store, but on the checkout card form not showing for some countries like UAE and Kuwait.
Can you please provide more info about this issue?

Are we able through automations to set the user’s who made the payment wordpress role? We are coming from direct stripe which is defunct and doing a poor man’s paywall with user roles.
]]>I have created a page which takes subscriptions for a UK charity using the Stripe plug-in. The page needs to record the subscriber’s address, and the type of subscription they require. All is working fine but there is one aspect I would like to improve. The user supplies a postcode as part of their address. However, the postcode is requested again as part of the credit card submission via Stripe. Is it possible to avoid asking for the postcode twice by setting?the postcode needed for the credit card to the same value as the one given for the address?

]]>Hi. I’m trying to complete the connection with Stripe and for the second time it has ended up hanging with a white screen while connecting to the gateway. Other than logging into Stripe I haven’t input any other information.
One possible complication – the Stripe account is still connected with Woocommerce which is going to stay on the site but be connected with a different processing solution. I thought I might be able to copy across the API information. With the wizard – and its lack of functionality – I’m not sure what to do. Help!
