While creating a gallery on the site, I noticed that by creating a masonry gallery, the images are arranged perfectly up to a certain point, after which the images (5) are stacked on the left.

The Instagram Widget displays our grid, but unfortunately none of the pictures show, just the captions and the image icon. When I am on the editing elementor page, they show, but then don’t show publicly.

I have authorized my instagram profile in the plugin settings, which is public, and now when I insert the widget into the page in the elementor, I get the error “Error in json_decode.”.
Do you know what could be the problem?

We are running Elementor and Elementor Pro both at 3.19.3 and Stratum plugin at 1.3.16.
The timeline block does not show properly. As you can see on the first image, that’s on wordpress, when editing, the timeline is well define with the proper line from first block to 2nd… On the second image, it’s the actual website when viewing it, the line totally disappear.

We use your plugin alongside using Elementor on one of our customer websites.
Once we updated Elementor yesterday we found that your plugin (along with 4 others) stopped the Elementor page builder from working properly.
Elementor have advised us to inform the 5 plugin providers that you’ll need to update your plugin to work with the newest version of Elementor.
Please could you let me know once you have been able to update your plugin as we cannot update Elementor until the 5 conflicting plugins have been updated.

I think I found a bug and I need to know if it would be possible to fix it? I am using your plugin Stratum – Elementor Widgets.
The Circle Progress Bar widget is not working properly in Safari browser. For example, when I set the progress bar to fill 25%, it fills from 9 to 12 (clockwise). In all other browsers it fills from 12 to 3 (clockwise) by default.
Will it be possible to solve this problem?

I am currently designing a website that required me to use the Advanced Accordion Widget (Stratum) to display multiple contributors to a book. I had created Section Templates in Elementor for each contributors, in order to display an image and text when you drop down the accordion. This successfully created, selected and displayed on the desktop website. However, when switching to the mobile view – the template does display all of the text. It cuts off the template, not displaying all of the content.
Do you know why this may be happening? And how this can be resolved?

For my requirements, when the user mouse over one of the hotspots set, I access the img element and replace the src attribute, but the image doesnt change.

So after one of the latest plugin updates we noticed that the descriptions of our vertical timelines are not shown anymore. In the editor, the description fields are there and the text, too. When I examine the code, the HTML element stratum-vertical-timeline-item__card-description is loading, but it appears empty.
We use this widget quite a lot on our websites, so any help would be appreciated!

I’m creating a web-site with you plugin and I must say that it if one of the best compatibale with Elementor that I have used in a long time (very good stuff). However, since the last update you bois did I keep getting an error on my front page saying “Warning: Illegal string offset ‘size’ in c\ and the directory”.
If you could help me out with this little glitch and put me on my merry way finishing up my web-site. And as I said fantastic plugin – very nice stuff.
And may I add, even tho I can see the widget on my front-page there is a BIG TABLE with red letters above that warn me – there might be a problem – so the widget is still apearing, but so is the warning – God Bless!
