Hello dear team, I hope you are well-enjoying health and blessings. We are experiencing an error on our website that we have never had before. We have not made any major changes to our website.
We have also checked your documentation on your main website and tried to solve it on our part but it has not been possible at the moment.

We have also tried to solve the problem in the following ways …

Something that we have not been able to find in our Cpanel is the following folder /plugins/stockunlocks/api/cron/providers/ …

The main /plugins/stockunlocks/ all permissions read 0755 or 755 but we can find the api/cron/providers/ folder

2-We have uninstalled and reinstalled your plugging but nothing, even removing all pluggings and leaving only your plugin, but seem not working

3- We have tried ordering from your TEST site, but no answer from plugging (No error… No code Ordered … after ordering the order keep on “Processing”

4- We have added other providers and check if work but nothing

Can you please, provide us some help with this situation?

Many providers constantly change the availability of their services and their prices.

So far you have implemented automatic price adjustment, which is phenomenal. Thanks

But on the flip side, many of our clients buy services on our website that are not available from our suppliers (Sources have removed the service but they are still active on our website, even after importing or updating the services), and this causes a huge negative impact on our business.

Is there any way that you can add the following formula to the plugging.

After the product has been imported into our website if the supplier changes its availability or this service no longer exists === Pass this product/service AUTOMATICALLY or maybe on (Import service) to any of the following options:
1- Product not available or out of stock
2- Move product to another category similar to the one that you already have (imported), maybe (Not available, etc).
3- Completely delete the service

We understand that this can generate a little overhead in the hosting but it would be more useful for the implementation than the hosting surcharge, maybe ONE Cron Job can be done in some defined time, every 1 hour or every 4 hours or every 12 etc.

Hello! Thank you for your great product! I used to have the free plugin installed on my other domain without a problem. However now i bought a new domain and new hosting plan and i cant make it work ?? all i get is that error:
ERROR- No connection to the license server. Restore the connection and enter a valid license e-mail and key combination and Save Changes.
Any ideas? What i am doing wrong? Thank you!

hi, is it possible to turn an imported service into a variable product? for example There is a service which I can unlock myself depending on the firmware installed on the device.

if firmware is old, I can unlock the phone myself, and if the firmware is updated i have to order a code from the supplier. I intend to put 2 variations on the page, so that if the buyer selects the first option, Then i unlock the phone myself and if he selects the 2nd option the order goes to the supplier.

I created various stand-alone products, I read the post on the SU website, and I seen automatic mailing like “order submited”, “available”, etc. doesn′t work, is automatic mailing only for API connected products?

It appears as if I’ve got a couple of products setup since they are showing on the site as expected. When I try to place a test order by adding to cart, the site continues to try to add the product to the cart but nothing ever happens. Then, if I reload the page it shows the service in the cart, but when I go to checkout it says please enter at least 1 IMEI.

I am using SU with WC Vendors (a marketplace plugin). Is something misconfigured on my end? Thanks in advance.

I’ve followed your tutorial and try to import the Services from the API to test it, unfortunately, I find a message :

Could not imported remote services
Failed connection to the remote server or no assigned services available.

I’ve tried to reset the IP, change browser, clear cache, nothing works…

Can you help me please?

Is there anyway to restrict to send an order if the provider price rise up?

For example:

A plugin option where i put my top provider price that i can afford, if the provider price is out of my limit, plugin send me an automatic email notifying that my provider actual price overcome my limits and order can not be processed.

NOTE: Price multiplier is not an option for me, because i have my own price rules depending on provider price.

Is it compatible with variable products?

if not, any plan to add this in a feature? As you know sometimes there are clean, semipremium, premium services for unlock a carrier, instead of creating multiple products sometimes is better to create multiple variables in a same product.

Hi!

I have sucessfully add a service to an existing product. The problem is when placing an order, the order stays at “pending” because used “Bank Transfer payment option”, but when change to “processing” or to “code ordered” nothing happens, the order did not pass to my unlock provider.

I notice in Admin order details “_suwp_qty_sent” still at “O” value after processing, correct me if wrong but this value must change when code ordered?

Where is the problem?

Cron Schedule is configured to 5 minutes, services are applied and showing at front end.

i also created the changes you mentioned in php.ini and wp-confifig but nothing happens ??
