I am experiencing an issue with the WooCommerce REST API on my site. When attempting to use the API, I receive the following error:

wp-json/wc/v2/?consumer_key=invalid&consumer_secret=invalid

“In most cases this means that permalink structure is set to Plain or REST API is disabled or hidden by some WP security plugin such as Defender”

Here’s what I’ve already tried to resolve the issue:

1. Permalink Structure: The permalink structure is not set to “Plain” (Simple); it is currently set to “Post Name.”
2. Security Plugins: I’m using WP Hide & Security Enhancer Pro, and I suspect that it might be interfering with the required API endpoints for WooCommerce. I’ve tried disabling certain options in WP Hide but the issue persists.
3. API Keys: I’ve generated new WooCommerce API keys with the correct permissions (read/write), but I still encounter the error with valid keys.
4. Cloudflare: I have also whitelisted the site in Cloudflare to ensure that it is not blocking the API requests, but the issue remains unresolved.

I suspect that WP Hide might be modifying or blocking certain API paths necessary for the WooCommerce REST API (such as /wp-json/wc/v2/). Could you please guide me on how to configure WP Hide so that it does not interfere with these endpoints while maintaining the site’s security?

Actually, in step 3 “set id” of stock sync, when i give editor access in the google sheet (paste the id given by stock sync) i have this error “ops, something went wrong” and cannot go to the next step.

I build 2 test site A & B, there’re only 2 plugins in it — Stock Sync for WooCommerce and WooCommerce.

Site A is in siteground and site B in Kinsta.

When checking API in site A, it is not accessible to site B.

When chekcing API in site B, it is acessible to site A.

I want to buy a pro version, before that, can you help me with this issue?

1. Can i use PRO version for more than one eshop?
2. Can you give me invoice after purchase PRO version?
3. Stock update works both ways?
(Example: Client bought on website A, stock update on website B. Client bought on website B, stock update on website A?)

Sync is not working for 5-10% of orders. Tested with 4 different payment provider. Klarna, Swish, Stripe and VIPPS. Its a shame since the plugin is working good otherwise and we like it. We need all stock to be synced. Manually push is not working for date filtering, so its time consuming and not an option since you have to go through every order in a list of 30 pages for pressing push on affected products one by one.

We have tested both background processing and foreground processing, also with different sync limits. It should not be like this for a PRO plugin.

Hello. We have an issue with orders that was payed by Swish! Products from these orders just come to QUENE, but nothing happen then. Orders payed with Klarna for example are ok.

What happens if both stores use different product names? Do the SKU numbers need to be the same?

We have CloudFlare with Bot Protection and Under Attack mode ON. Stock Sync returns errors when trying to sync. I assume CloudFlare is blocking Stock Sync. What would be the right way to allow Stock Sync traffic via CloudFlare?

Both accounts are Administrators.

Just setting up free version before moving to Pro – our primary to secondary test connection is OK but secondary to primary fails with this error

I see it mentions the invalid key so on primary, I deleted the original and created a new rest API connection (twice actually) with the same result.

Hello, I would like to ask a 2 questions.

I have 2 e-shops (each in a different language), is it possible that the 1st (main) e-shop will have products in a different language and currency than the 2nd e-shop, but with the same stock quantity? How does it work? Is it paired based on some ID number?

Is it possible to choose which specific products will be paired?

Is it possible that I create a product on the main e-shop and want it to be displayed only on the secondary e-shop? While I will make it invisible on the main eshop.

Are stock levels adjusted automatically? The user buys a product on 1 e-shop and automatically within a few seconds the user can no longer buy this sold-out product on any e-shop?

I’m using stock sync pro and most of the times syncing is working, but sometimes syncing is not working from secondary to primary. When I change later the same product, the sync is working, so there is nothing wrong with the product. What could be the problem?

I was trying to link stock sync API for my two stores. one of them was good but another one was keep showing API user has correct privileges and a red cross after this. when I view response for debugging, it shows Response code 406
Response body <head><title>Not Acceptable!</title></head><body><h1>Not Acceptable!</h1><p>An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.</p></body></html>

Few quick questions.

1. What’s the difference between stock status and stock quantity. When should you use which?

2. Should you use stock status and stock quantity on all sites or does one of them only go on the primary site?

3. Is there any way to exclude products from stock sync?

The plugin worked great for awhile , now when trying batch push and individual product syncing There is a popup JSON error message saying Syntax error.
Also, the automatic sync is not working in the background when stock changed on main site. Orders on the secondary site are updating stock on the main site.
Console does not provide any extra info for the error.

I get an error message when trying to set the StockSync plugin up on my primary site when clicking on the check credentials button.

Can i update my woocommerce stock from an API that returns an XML with my products and their updated stock? or is it only possible to connect two woocomerce stores?

I’m having an issue where stock levels are being pushed correctly but the second site needs duplicate skus as some stock is on one area and others in a more private one with different pricing. One is updating fine, but another doesn’t update.

Is this a known thing and is there perhaps a filter/function I may need to include to update all products with the exact sku?

I’m trying to sync a number of products with our new wholesale site (not all products will be sold wholesale). I’m just using the free version at the moment, just to get a feel for how the plugin works and if it’ll service our needs, but will inevitably need to upgrade once working correctly. I don’t want to push all products to the wholesale site, given they won’t all be available for wholesale. To start with, I have selected 2 products to test with. The problem happened with both: I pushed them from aussiefoods.eu (retail + primary inventory) to aussiefoods-b2b.eu (wholesale + secondary inventory), and it reset the stock of these to 0 on both sites. When I went back to the product by the primary and re-entered the stock levels, this amount then also came through on the secondary. Why is the primary stock being set to 0 when I push it through to the secondary?
