]]>Hello,
I’ve been experiencing some issues with Statpress when attempting to clean up its log table. Turning the “automatically delete entries older than 6 months” option on caused my database to go into deadlock and run out of spare workers. Basically each page request caused an additional DELETE query to run. Each of these DELETE queries runs for around 60 seconds since the Statpress table still has over 2 million entries, and also each DELETE query was locking the Statpress table causing all the INSERTS (Statpress logging regular website activity) to wait. The result was about 100 queries waiting on a DELETE query to finish and preventing any other database connections (since there is a hard limit) which caused an outage. I’ve turned the option off and things are working again. Is it possible to run these DELETE queries on a periodic basis, like with WP’s cron?
Any idea why export doesnt work ?

Instead of going thru manually ctrl+f on each visitor page of IP – is there a quicker way?
Thanks,.. an luv the plugin btw!
]]>when default wp-content folder name changed, most path return error.
in my point of view this should be dynamic to handle this bug.
I have changed mine manually but hope to be fixed in next release.
My blog – Yosny, uses StatPress. I allow all registered users to view StatPress Statistics. As you know, StatPress has some settings in the Options tab.
Though I want registered users to view StatPress Statistics, I do not want any of the Registered users to tamper with the StatPress Settings via the Options Tab. As of now, any Registered User in my Website can go to StatPress Statistics, click Options, and tamper with the StatPress settings.
I prefer the Options Tab in StatPress to be moved to the WordPress Settings. This will ensure that no Registered User viewing the StatPress Statistics on my blog can tamper with the StatPress settings.

The top barchart ends last Friday May 10 – the days since do NOT display. Nor does anything below the bar charts area either.
Only change I had to make mid last week, was to turn Compatibility view ON for IE 10 so that my LinkedIn discussions could be edited….
I’ve done all the normal win7 fixes for IE10 – cleared cache, reloaded page etc…and nothing appears after May 10 or below the bar chart!
Help here?
Further – i was able to export out a .csv file, that should have been for all stats from May 9 to today – yet the rows end around 7500 on May 10th….ie it appears there are NO stats past same?
Help?

After uninstalling Statpress everything appears to be WAY faster!

In the next week I’ll discuss some alternatives from the original StatPress and a roadmap on WordPressReady site.
Stay tuned.

Team,
I’m using the StatPress “Top Posts” widget. It works great but unfortunately it list a couple of posts/pages that have been deleted in the mean time.
Here’s how it looks:
– System upgrade (23102)
– (22074)
– (19079)
– New NAS (18378)
How can I fix this?
