Sometimes they come through sometimes they don’t. Even if I add them myself they just vanish. Either way only 6 will show.
]]>Hello,
My client uses this plugin. I received a message from them that something is wrong. When you try to edit the homepage of your site it will redirect you to edit a post. After deactivating all plugins and activating them one by one I found out that this plugin was the cause of this error.
The site is using WP version 6.5.2 and PHP 8.0. I was wondering if this problem is known to you.
Kind regards,
Steven
]]>Hello Support,
On this page: https://home-services06.com/evaluez-la-qualite-de-notre-intervention/?nonitro – we’re using testimonial form. When trying to submit it, nothing happens, and console shows JS error with starfish-testimonial.js file. The error does not specify anything, just showing the error.
We’re using NitroPack on the website, but the error is still there when NitroPack is off. In the URL make sure to use ?nonitro parameter in the end, this will bypass NItroPack caching.
WordPress version: 6.4.3
Plugin version: 3.1.11
Feel free to submit testimonial on this page from your end to troubleshoot. Thank you!
]]>Hi can this plugin does the following functions:
We consistently feature different name-brand products on our e-commerce website. As these are unique items, our customers, who are already familiar with the brands, have a 90% awareness of their purchases. However, we usually have only one piece in stock, and it can be out of stock for a while until we have them again. For us, the ideal solution would be a plugin that allows us to manage the display of reviews not only under the product but also on the product or category page but also on one single page itself. This is important because if a product is out of stock, the review might not be visible anymore. Additionally, we aim to show verified purchases, mirroring the approach taken by eBay with their feedback history link. THANK YOU!
]]>I just tried the free version in order to buy the premium if I was satisfied. I have an isssue when I press the green thumbs up and try to connect to my google profile to submit a review there. When I press the button to redirect to google at the backend it says that https://www.google.com?refused to connect.

Well, I doubt this message will receive any help, but I have to try before I abandon both plugins completely. And BTW, there isn’t a support forum that gets any better response that I have found for the Starfish plugin.
I’m a previous Rich Reviews user, trying to convert to Starfish Reviews and having trouble. See this video: https://app.screencast.com/ZmjNaS7lATVTD
A link to a migration guide would be helpful. A troubleshooting whitepaper? A hint on what I am doing wrong? Anything?
Thanks in advance for anyone brave enough to help.

]]>I have had to migrate my wordpress from one host to another. I went to install starfish today on the new platform and it is giving me the error below. I am on the latest wordpess with BlueHost. I was able to create a new site for just this plug in and it works there. But I miss all the functionality by having it on a separate site. Any suggestions or ideas how to resolve this? I have uninstalled and marked the box to “clean on Deactivation” and then tried reinstalling. Same error.

]]>Hello Team,
Hope you guys are doing great!
in one of our sites, we’re using the starfish free version. The client wants to connect multiple business locations ( Google Places ) to the site and it shows the error that “A profile with the same URL already exists.” [ https://i.imgur.com/bMq6qk5.png ] so can you please let us know if that’s possible or not?
Thanks in Advance!

Hi, the grey inverted commas are quite big and cover some of the review, how do I make them smaller or delete them altogether. Regards Chris
]]>Just updated to the new Version 1.9.13, and all seems to function well. But the three-box display function seems to be broken. No matter if the check box for full width is checked, it only provides a full-width display.

]]>Hi,
I try to translate your plugin with polylang and also with poedit (with starfish-fr_FR.mo and starfish-fr_FR.po inside languages’s folder of starfish plugin.
It’s doesn’t work.
Can you help me please?
Thanks for this free plugin, great idea! My problem is that the funnel doesn’t display correctly, even if I have disabled cache for this page as I thought it might be related to https://docs.starfish.reviews/article/34-w3-total-cache-compatibility The problem is that all the information shows up at once “Excellent! Please Rate us 5-stars …and leave a helpful review. We’re sorry we didn’t meet expectations. How can we do better in the future?” I use the Divi theme.

]]>Hello,
Question about the display text for the shortcode?
Currently, it displays “Overall rating: ★★★★★ based on 356 reviews”
In many places, this is way to wordy (long). Can this be edited in some way without hurting the function of the plugin?
Maybe something simple like “★★★★★ 356 reviews”
Thank you for your support!
