My client uses this plugin. I received a message from them that something is wrong. When you try to edit the homepage of your site it will redirect you to edit a post. After deactivating all plugins and activating them one by one I found out that this plugin was the cause of this error.

The site is using WP version 6.5.2 and PHP 8.0. I was wondering if this problem is known to you.

On this page: https://home-services06.com/evaluez-la-qualite-de-notre-intervention/?nonitro – we’re using testimonial form. When trying to submit it, nothing happens, and console shows JS error with starfish-testimonial.js file. The error does not specify anything, just showing the error.

We’re using NitroPack on the website, but the error is still there when NitroPack is off. In the URL make sure to use ?nonitro parameter in the end, this will bypass NItroPack caching.

I just tried the free version in order to buy the premium if I was satisfied. I have an isssue when I press the green thumbs up and try to connect to my google profile to submit a review there. When I press the button to redirect to google at the backend it says that https://www.google.com?refused to connect.

Well, I doubt this message will receive any help, but I have to try before I abandon both plugins completely. And BTW, there isn’t a support forum that gets any better response that I have found for the Starfish plugin.

Appreciate any help, I have a few sites running the Rich Reviews plugin you are discontinuing.

I have had to migrate my wordpress from one host to another. I went to install starfish today on the new platform and it is giving me the error below. I am on the latest wordpess with BlueHost. I was able to create a new site for just this plug in and it works there. But I miss all the functionality by having it on a separate site. Any suggestions or ideas how to resolve this? I have uninstalled and marked the box to “clean on Deactivation” and then tried reinstalling. Same error.

So strange, but happening on more than one site. I approve a single review and the site tells me it approved 3 reviews.

Just updated to the new Version 1.9.13, and all seems to function well. But the three-box display function seems to be broken. No matter if the check box for full width is checked, it only provides a full-width display.

The images are off center on desktop and mobile. Can you fix this by centering the images in the table and/or cropping the pictures on your end?

In many places, this is way to wordy (long). Can this be edited in some way without hurting the function of the plugin?
