Is there any way to get the cost of goods when importing from Spocket, or is it just the sales price? This always seems to be incorrect because I can manually input the transport cost to Norway. So, how can I know what I earn? After I have calculated it in Spocket, it disappears. So, do I have to manually fill in the details in Excel and then input the cost of goods in WordPress myself in 2024? Can you see my confusion? Also, why is the Spocket server so slow now?”

Well, it seems like the development of this plugin has stopped. The Webhooks are still tried to be established for the old API

I cant connect to Spocket. I press Connect to Spocket and it redirects me to the Home Page of my site

Is anyone having any issues about the plugin not being updated for the last 3 months, as of January 19, 2020?

I have the latest version of WP but the plugin is giving a warning that it’s not compatible with my latest version

I logged out to test and can not get back in.

I’ve asked for support from spocket but I really need to work on my store today.

Just activated Spocket on WooCommerce-enabled store. The product image and the buy now option or any URL not visible. Just texts.

I d like to report a major bug with spocket. It is conflicting with the cron job of many other plugins. When I disable your app, everything works fine again.
Im on a fresh install. I have sent a video to your team about this bug and also to Saba.

What are the terms of the “Free Forever Plan”? I just added this plugin to test it out and I’m not able to get any further past just looking at the available products. It would be beneficial to test the import process as I have had issues with other apps and implementing their products into my store. Am I required to choose a paid plan (and use the free trial) in order to test the plugin further?

Spocket products are not working with woocommerce shipping or shipping classes. It says no shipping options found. All products in my store work with woocommerce except spocket products specifically. Is there a reason why even “free shipping” isn’t working with woocommerce, and your plugin? Is there a way to fix this?

1. Is size chart available for each clothing item? Can the customers see the measurement of each size?

2. How’s your return or refund policy? Can the customers return for size exchange? If they do not like the item after receiving, can they return and get refund?

The plugin does not work. And I am not the only one apparently (look at reviews). The plugin says that I am connected, but in my spocket account, it is not. I connected it many times but does not want to push my products. I even tried to connect from the plugin without logging in into my account and it still says that I am connected, which doesn’t make sense.
Since your platform is new, you shouldn’t have removed support from free accounts, this shows bad faith.

I’m getting an error message while trying to install the Spocket Plugin for Woocommerce on WordPress.

It’s the first time I’ve ever used Spocket and the plugin but I’m receiving the following error message:

” Seems like you already have another store created on spocket.
The url is https://www.myotherwebsite.com ”

The website I’m attempting to install Spocket Plugin onto, is in a sub-domain of the https://www.myotherwebsite.com, I’ve triple checked and it is not installed there.

Please advise.

I’ve linked the Spocket account to a woocommerce test shop and now I can’t link it to the real shop. It still remains connected to the test one. So, I can’t work with the Spocket catalog and sell it in my shop.
I’ve also tried to contact the chat support system but without response.

What changes are made to the plugin?

How do I finally import the products to wordpress and configure/use them in wordpress/woocommerce

Everything was perfectly imported from my Spocket “Import List” and is now present in my Spocket “Product List”, as well as being published on my store.

For some reason the images were not imported, though for 2 of the 7 products I tried, one image each was imported.

Is there a bug?

WordPress version 5.1.1
WooCommerce version 3.5.7
Spocket version 1.2.7

Is there any changelog available so that users can know what changes are made in any updated version of plugins?

I have changed my store currency. However, the currency set at Spocket account didn’t change. Could you please fix this?

What payment methods do you accept currently?

There are a few nags that should be addressed with Spocket and Woo.

Firstly, when importing products they are all created as variable products. If a product has not variations it should be added as a single product. Currently, it is adding custom (blank) variations which will ultimately just bloat woo, there is no need for this to be happening. Variation names should also be editable.

There is also personalised products which do not instruct the novice user how a customer can enter their personalisation, you should consider adding a helping article that shows the user how to get around the problem by installing a WooCommerce product addon or custom field plugin if the user has no coding experience.

We installed this for a client who wants to supplement their store but it’s just not thought out.

Any possibility to have a walk through from Spocket or WordPress for how to use Spocket in WordPress?

1. Do users need to sign up for an account? Just find nowhere to sign up on your site.

2. How can users place dropship order once receiving an order from customers?

3. What payment methods can users use to purchase the dropship order from you?
