It looks promising. Adding a FAQ is pretty much straight forward.
The only issue I had so far is that it screwed up my template. All content (even on pages that had no faq) was displayed to the entire left.

I installed the plugin and was quite happy with it until I realised it was slowing down my entire website and WP admin.
After de-installation, my website was back to normal, so I am afraid I will not be using this plug in. It is a pity because the functionality is great!

I first installed the free version but I was not happy with the design. That’s why I bought the premium version. Not for the additional design templates (because they also do not fit into the design of my website) but for the possibility to create my own template. At the end I had one issue that the distance of the category title and the first question was too big. I tried all the margin and padding parameters without success. I send a mail to web-dorado and received an answer within a day. I had to enter a negative value for the margin! That solved my issue.
The only missing feature I found so far is the lack of language support. I had to use a dirty trick (different category names for english and german) in order to separate the languages.

Spider FAQ is a program that I highly recommend for any website; and when it comes to support, Web-Dorado has more than proven to me that it goes the extra distance!
I recently had a situation where I had a conflict with another plugin and Spider FAQ on my website; i.e. it produced an error that would not allow me to edit the text of the other plugin.
When I contacted Web-Dorado support, they responded instantly. After only a couple of hours of investigation, they were not only able to discover what was causing the conflict between the two programs, but were able to correct the problem! Well done and thank you Web-Dorado Support!

After a Spider FAQ upgrade there was a small problem and they fixed it quickly. We are currently on WP 3.8.3 and everything is working fine.

This version (1.1) does not work on WP 3.8.1 and errors when calling session_start(). I thought I’d jump in and see if I could be helpful and fix the issue but God knows how they maintain such badly written, badly formatted code.

I can’t express how happy I am with this team. I won’t go into details but they helped me out after I made a grieves mistake. I felt like I had just flushed a pile of cash out of the window, but they pulled the rare friendly customer support card out of their hat and fixed my problem in a few hours.
As for Spider FAQ itself, It’s the simplest and most customizable(pro version) I have found….enough said. Make some questions, make some responses, make it look how you want and imbed it. DONE!

This Spider FAQ plug-in is very helpful and easy-to-use. It solved all my difficulties connected with creation of FAQ and now I don’t have any problem with this part of my website.
It gives you great customization options with the help of which you can do

etc.
Also, Spider FAQ is making easy the organization of the FAQ section, besides being pretty, you can also make that section more organized. Creating different categories is very good solution for this plug-in.

This plugin is NOT as advertised, the features listed are for the paid version not the free.
17 themes? NO! 1 Theme – White.
Listing the features of the premium version in its description is misleading and unfair.
