We have doubts that the list of Speedy offices is not being updated regularly. We receive orders with selected Speedy offices that no longer exist, or customers ask about offices that do exist but are not listed in the available offices on the website.

Hello, we have a problem with Tax calculation for shipping price.
The shipping cost is shown in total price, but not in Tax (VAT) section. In Invoices the price is shown without VAT and it’s calculated with VAT on total amount, but in VAT section there is not calculated.

Also for the plugin to work we use free shipping in Woocommerce settings, and we hidded the shipping cost in checkout page (because there is notting appearing after choosing shipping method)

Hi there, after update to 1.15 version can’t select an office from the drop down. Had to reverse back to 1.14

Hi, the plugin works, but locations cannot show. Also there is no placeholder or anything to add Econt credentials. What should I do to make Econt work??

Also I enabled the debug mode, but there is nothing in the log file about this plugin.

We don’t use Econt shipping option, only Speedy and To address. The website and plugin working fine so far, but probably the plugin needs some optimization.

Hi, currently when the address is selected there’s no way to choose whether Econt or Speedy is going to deliver it, so we have to default to one of the two. Is there a way to add a radio group with a default to select the provider when it’s to address?

So for example a customer selects ‘Address’ and the radio group defaults to Speedy as a default address delivery, but can be switched to Econt so the deliverer knows which one to use?

There appears to be an issue with the “No Free Shipping” option for the ‘To Address’ shipping method. When the “To address free delivery from” field is left empty in the admin panel, the expectation is that the shipping cost will be reflected in the order details after checkout. However, while the correct shipping cost is displayed on the checkout page, it erroneously shows as free in the post-checkout order details.

Hey, I’m really loving the plugin! It’s working smoothly. However, I’ve encountered a situation on my bilingual website where it detects users based on their country. Is there a way to ensure that the plugin doesn’t activate when the website is in a different language? This is crucial because people from other countries won’t be able to use Speedy and Econt. And currently it’s not even possible to pick another country. Thanks a bunch!

Възможно ли е полетата за град, област и адрес да се направят задължителни.

I cant fetch Speedy or Ekont offices.

I tried cUrl for Ekont and the data is flowing in the shell.

Also on checkout page Ekont options show me free delivery even I sat desired shipping cost.

With Speedy’s curl I used myspeedy credentials but gives me “Access denied”

Any idea what is wrong?

Hello! I have an issue with NaN pricing. When I open a product and it shows the real price. When I add it in the cart, then it says NaN лв + shipping.

First of all, great plugin – downloading the offices locally is great, because we don’t have to rely on a third party server. Being able to search for offices, instead of browsing a huge dropdown is also an excellent feature, especially for big cities.

My problem – I’m using Flexible Shipping plugin, because items in my shop vary from 0.1kg to tens of kilograms, and this plugin allows me to set prices for different total weights (e.g. up to 3 kg – 5 BGN, up to 6 kg – 7.50 BGN, etc.)

Is it possible to use your plugin together with Flexible Shipping (e.g. no price calculation, just for obtaining office/address) or, alternatively, add weight based pricing to your plugin (I think that will be more work and out of scope for your plugin)?

За MySpeedy, за фактурирането на Спиди или за APIто?

Грешката ми е:

което означава грешни креденшъли.

And where to put the API key?
There is no API key field in the settings.

These fields I don’t understand completely:
Ползвателско име за Speedy – is this my username/email in speedy?
Парола за Speedy – is this the password for my speedy account?
Ползвателско име за Еконт – same as speedy?
Парола за Еконт – same as speedy?
Страница на магазин – is this the URL of my website?
