I know your service is paid for .. I looked at your site and there is no pricing info, and no method of contacting you.
I wouldn’t want to install a plugin without knowing this, so I thought I would send you that feedback.
Can’t find this information What is the cost to register? Monthly/yearly?
Thanks.

]]>I installed Spam Hammer yesterday. Checking this morning I spotted an error message. It says: Protection Not Active*
Error: Contact Support (code: iav)
The error message appeared in both columns “Right Now” and “Spam Attack Chart”
Any suggestion? Thank you

SH plugin version 3.8.4.1, just installed tonight.
Comment from user who is regiatered and logged in works fine. But even a simple comment from unregistered user (me) yields:
=================================
Warning: Missing argument 2 for SpamHammer::pre_comment_approved() in /home/content/h/i/s/histadmin/html/wp-content/plugins/spammers-suck/includes/functions.php on line 144

Checked javascript status in browser (Firefox 26.0) and it is enabled and running other js OK. Also tested and got same results in IE and Chrome browsers, so 2nd part of that message is erroneous.
New site (to WP, was Joomla before), just brought up yesterday, and very little traffic. Just enabled comments a couple of hours ago, so WP comment spammers wouldn’t even know about the site yet.
Spam attacks counter in dashboard appears to be incremented each time I test, and only when I test, but there is no reason for the comment to be flagged as spam, so what gives?

I’ve gotten several emails/contacts from people who were trying to leave a comment on an article at my website: https://www.kathyisawesome.com. They are being told that suspicious activity has been detected and they aren’t allowed to comment. This seems like a false positive. Please let me know if there is something I can do (I did just update so maybe that will help) or if there is other information you might need.
]]>I’m seeing the same error as mentioned in this thread.
ERROR: We detect suspicious activity from your network; to complete this action, please contact the forum administrator.
However, I’m only seeing it in the admin when I try to quick reply to comments.

ERROR: We detect suspicious activity from your network; to complete this action, please contact the forum administrator.
Doesn’t matter how long I leave it before submitting a comment.
Tried turning the Human Protection option off and on with no difference.
Wondering if it’s a conflict with Jetpack comments as I have these enabled on both sites.
]]>Installed spammers suck! v 1.7.2

(static::$clock = (time() - $_POST['spam_hammer']['time'])) >= $minimum_seconds;
