It would be very helpful to be able to sort the properites on the Listings page at least by name, but ideally also by other fields like price or even any of the meta names created.
]]>The price slider seems to no longer recognize the highest and lowest $ values across the properties, and no longer works as a filter for price.
Also, the Search window no longer works. Entering any Name (e.g. “Unit 12”) in the search box first flashes the filtered results momentarilly, then screen defaults to an unfiltered listing.
I noticed this behavior after the most recent update to ver 1.4.7
I have SqFt, Bathrooms and Bedrooms defined as meta search fields enters as follows: SqFt,Bedrooms,Bathrooms,search-name,search-price. They show up on the listings page but in the pull-downs for SqFt, Bathrooms and Bedrooms only the values from the first listing appear as options – none from the second.
The price and name filters works well, no issues.
]]>Both the View and Apply links do not redirect to the page for that property. It seems as there should be pages created for each listing when it is created using the Listings tab, but I see no pages created. The redirection seems to want to go to page in a subdirectory of “name of listing”/”ID of the listing” downstream of the page which is defined with the [rental_listing] tag (here it’s the rental-listings page.
]]>I downloaded the version from www.remarpro.com, recent version. The application shows Property Interested In: #, on both email and application on backend. It never shows property information.
Also on Applications page on backend it shows this string at the top:
Warning: mcrypt_decrypt(): Key of size 26 not supported by this algorithm. Only keys of sizes 16, 24 or 32 supported in /home/warrinerproperty/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sp-rental-manager/includes/functions.php on line 98
Hi guys, I’m trying to add a new listing in the 4.5.3 version, and I can’t do it.
Is this a bug or something that I’m doing wrong?
Thank you
I attempted to use the “community” application but I only saw the ,# as the property reference and it was’t assigning the applications to the property… so I turned that off and created my own application. But it does’t look or work as well as yours (maybe I’m impatient to add all the fields). Is there a way to “import” your application to the application builder so I can build from that core set of questions and sections?
Thanks in advance,
Rob
Hello,
I am trying to add a listing using your plugin. I just installed and set up the plugin. I created the Application page and the Thank you page. I am trying to add listings to the property but the database appears to be empty. I filled out the form to add a listing to the database but it does not appear to be working.
I put information in every box but when i hit the save button, it brings me back to the original page and does not show the listing i just created. i did this before having a “development” created, then tried again after. i also checked the database using PHPmyAdmin and the table was empty. also when i used [rental_listing] it yielded no results.
any advice/assistance would be helpful.
thank you,
kyle
]]>this error msg. keeps showing up no matter if I follow through with the instructions:

Hey there,
first at all, i really enjoy your sp rental plugin! its fantastic!
I got a problem and i hope someone can help me with it.
After i submit an application and filled in the whole form and send it to my email, the field “property interested in:” shows only the hash key: ” #, “
and not the rental object i was choosen before, as it might be.
Thats a bit confusing, if i had several rental objects – so i dont know what application is meant.
Thx in advance!
Best regards
]]>I inserted the shortcode [rental_listing] on my listings page and the page displays the listings, but preceded by:
Warning: Illegal string offset ‘development’ in /home/content/p3nexnas03/90/2060890/html/wp-content/plugins/sp-rental-manager/user/shortcodes.php on line 150
The listing also displays the street address twice.
Adding a development and associating the listing to the development didn’t solve the problem.
]]>I want to show the listing name so that I can have a brief description of the listing and not just the address – is that a feature that you have? I can’t let people sort on bedrooms or anything like that with your plug in which is a limitation
]]>https://eightstreetapartments.com/rentals/
Placed the shortcode in like directed, nothing will show.
Used the same method to post shortcode for the application and it worked fine.
How do I make the shortcode work to show my listings?
]]>Howdy,
My client has purchased your premium package and its been implemented. There is a couple of issues:
1) The additional pictures ride over top of the featured image in the gallery. How do we fix it? As well, if we wanted to use easy rotator, how do we get it to work with your product?
2) Google maps is not recognizing the addresses we put in via sp rental. Instead of North Bay Ontario, we are getting maps for Thunderbay Ontario. How do we make this work?
Example of these problems are here: https://thunderhammerdesign.com/rent/listings/?listing_id=1
Thanks for the help.
