I did cloning of my live, working wordpress page. Theoritically everything must work identically – but not in case of Soundy Playlist. It doesn’t play any music. In Settings I checked, added musics from library (actual library of cloned website), but preview button doesn’t play the file. Creating default Test playlist with ready musics – also same. Deleted plugin and reinstalled in cloned account – nothing working, while in original page everything is ok. How it could be?
DB and DB user names are unique for the cloned website, also it’s media library is unique for this clone.
The version is 4.6 – i think it’s latest. WordPress version is 4.9.8.
UPDATE: It was browser problem – on another browser everything works. So nothing wrong with plugin

]]>I moved my WordPress site to a new location (domain name and database), but it seems like the Soundy Audio Playlist is still referencing file/folder locations from my old website location (such as the play/pause button image files). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, but my old settings were saved, and the bugs still exist. Does the plugin store data in the wordpress database, and if so, where can I find that to wipe it clean? Thanks.

]]>Running WP 4.9 with MH Magazine Theme, using Soundy audio pro version.
The widget works fine, except I can’t read selected track unless I hover over it, and the playlist designer doesn’t keep the changes I make..it is default grey and white, very hard to read it.
Widget has a yellow background on selected track, and if I hover over it it has the track name in red. I want to edit this, where can I do it? What file to edit and change these colors, as it doesn’t read the changes in the editor.

Is it possible to use music from YouTube videos with Soundy Audio Playlist plugin? Like we would provide the video link, and it would just take the audio. The reason I need this because I don’t want to use lots of storage space.

I have one issue — all of my files are longer than 1 hr- soundy thinks that 2 hrs 15 minutes is 2 minutes 15 sec so while it will play, it will not seek past the end.

Is it possible to make the player really simple where it just displays the song that is playing and a play/pause button? or is it possible to put the playlist in a sidebar, like a widget?

There are issues with the plugin in Safari:
– When there is simply the Play/Pause button in the upper right corner of the screen with autoplay enabled, the button only appears there about half the time on Safari. So the other half of the time there is no way to stop the autoplay other than to navigate away from the page.
– Also, when the Playlist is displayed instead of the simple button, the Play/Pause button is not on the playlist, so again, the only way to turn off the sound is to turn the volume all the way down on the player or on the computer.
– With Firefox, the Play/Pause button gets very small on the playlist, and changing the size does not help. However, this is not as big of an issue, because at least it is there and users can stop the music.
– Only Chrome appears to be functioning correctly.
I don’t like autoplay myself, but it is being used at a clients insistent request, and I purchased the Pro version of this plugin specifically for this purpose. Please let me know if there is an update that can fix the issue with Safari. Thank you.

Two of my websites use the Soundy Audio Playist plug-in to play a random sample of music when the home page is loaded. But we have found that when Safari is set to block all cookies, the sites will not load there unless the plug-in is set to play sequential instead of random.
Does anyone know of a way to both have random music play and get past the cookie blocker?

(I am not asking for the option to insert shortcode into pages/posts that will then insert the next button on the page–I am aware of that option).
(2) Is there a way to change the color of the previous/next buttons? It keeps showing as white and my background is white so I cannot see those buttons.

I made a web app by adding the wordpress url (with playlist) to Homescreen on my iphone (iOS 9.3.1) and no music but the time of playlist is ticking. It plays well on Safari browser and it just no sound when in the fullscreen mode. Is it a known problem with html5 or I’m missing something?
