]]>I bought the premium version and not yet received . I wish it were released urgently. The payment was made by Pay Pal , but the site system Solo Support Tickets is not recognizing my payment . I sent e- mail with proof of payment.
]]>I have given it some time to see if I could grow to like it, or even just to make sense of it. But I can’t. It’s an abomination.
It means that I can’t see meta boxes applied by my theme or other plugins. Nor can I see any custom fields. And it looks plain terrible.
Frankly, this plugin’s development has been chaotic throughout. I’ve been with you from the very early days, and was one of your first Pro purchasers, when you had a neat, promising plugin which could have gone places. But your approach (and the messiest code I have ever seen in a plugin) has left you with fewer than 1000 users of the free plugin even after a couple of years. There have even been a few months when your then-current version just didn’t work.
But this takes the cake. It’s just change for the sake of change.
I’m going back to an earlier version that I modded so that it would actually work reliably — and I’ll begin to look for another plugin to take over in the longer term.
What a shame!

I’m experiencing an issue.
First to note, installation guide (steps) are not clear and I got lost.
You should help people explaining how it works:
– after installation you will have in wp-admin on the left side Help Desk, there you configure support ticket stuff
– for users to submit ticket, you go to pages in admin and find Submit Ticket and My ticket pages, this are pages for submitting and handling tickets from user end
I deleted those pages pages because I tried more plugins, and now when I delete and re-install plugin, there is no submit ticket and my tickets page? How to make them?

This support plugin is not working out of the box. There is no “Support Tickets” page. After the ticket is submitted, the page redirects to a “page not found”. Nor does the email link even work.

If one of my users are not logged in they see the option to log in or to register. Clicking one of these links directs the user to the wp-admin log on.
How can I adjust the plugin in so that it directs them to my user login/register page rather than the wordpress login?

Using Wordpres 4.2.4 and Sola Support Tickets 3.0.9 free version, I do not receive any Admin Email notifications when a new Ticket is submitted (though the corresponding options are checked and seeminlgy saved in the plugin Settings section).
Other features from the free version of the plugin do work well, but not that one. Just one thing more I noticed : the email that is sent to the user who submitted the ticket gets correctly received, but with a long key (maybe 20-30 characters with letters and numbers) under brackets in the email subject, and a message at the bottom of the email “Sent using WordPress mail”… I don’t know if this is the default behaviour or not.
Concerning the Admin email notifications back, I checked my junk mails, and conducted tests with all other plugins deactivated and the twenty-fifteen Theme, with no success.

It seems that the latest version of Sola Support Tickets (3.09) is not compatible with the latest release of WordPress.
I have turned off all other plugins, reverted to the default theme, and cleared caches, but to no avail.
What happens is that any input into a Sola ticket or response produces a never-ending “loading” symbol in the browser, and paralyzes the site. It even happens on Sola’s own support site.
I have tested previous versions and found that the latest one that still works with WP 4.2.3 is Sola Support Tickets v.3.02.
