I really love this plugin and I want to use it on my blog, but when I activate it I cannot open any page.. What can I do to fix it?

want to make sure the config.php is supposed to read:

“function socialraios_script_prevent() {
….
add_action( ‘wp_enqueue_scripts’, ‘socialraios_script_prevent’ );”

can’t edit css to customize it. also if it set as fixed position and then if I don’t enable Ajax refresh it doesn’t appear. And if I enable ajax refresh my website page doesn’t load. Bad experience
