I downloaded the free app of social stream and found most of the features inaccessible. They sell thru Envato elements which becomes code canyon, which becomes theme forest, so you never really know who you are dealing with. I purchased the Pro license and downloaded it. But what I downloaded from Envato does not work. Every attempt at uploading the plugin produces a “plugin not compatible” message. I thought I purchased the wrong product and ended up buying the same thing again, another item they have ignored in terms of a refund.
I alerted Solwin and Envato to this problem. Envato finally replied. Solwin, despite my sending them screenshots of the process including proof of purchase, duplicate purchase download, setup, and error message, continues to reply with gibberish-like suggestions: “the Facebook license has not been entered,” or telling me “to download and install the plugin”. When I have documented to them 10 times that the plugin will not install. I am sorry I heard of these predators.
Stay away. Zero Stars.
And I recommend thinking twice about doing business with the circus of Envato products and collections since they are twice removed from the product, developer, and support.
