the plugin “Hubbub Lite” is creating a conflict with the plugin: “Image Regenerate & Select Crop”
When I try to cleanup, regenerate images, I have a “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
The problem disappear when I disable Hubbub Lite.

Can you clarify the conflict related to the “Having Hubbub Social Sharing and Tasty Pins activated at the same time may break the functionalities of both plugins” admin notice?
I have two clients using both plugins. One is using the Lite version (hence the support ticket here). The other is using Pro version. There is no Pinterest image hover button feature in the Lite version, so I’m not sure what the conflict would be. Is it only IF the hover button is used in the Pro version in addition to using Tasty Pins? Or is it something else? I’m not noticing an issue, but the notice is concerning (and not dismissible) and so I need to figure out what to help my clients do about it.
]]>Hi, I’ve noticed on your demo site, when Facebook share button is clicked, it opens up the browser instead of the Facebook app. Is it the intended behaviour? If yes, why it doesn’t open the app when the user has it, which is probably the desired outcome?
Thank you.

First of all kudos for the user friendly plugin! But is it possible to provide me the CSS code to remove highlight icon on hover? Or to provide a choice for this in the menu of the plugin?

]]>I have a pin image in the post itself and have two hidden images I put in the plug in at the bottom of the editor. But the hidden images are not showing up when I use my pinterest chrome extension. When I click on the hubbub share button for pinterest it prompts me to to add the pin chrome extension but I have this and then the hidden images don’t show up. Do they only show up when you use the hubbub share buttons?
]]>When trying to use the Pinterest share button, it’s only grabbing one image for any post and that’s the “dogtv” image. I’m not sure why it’s doing that as that’s just an image for an affiliate link that’s on the main page of my site and not in the actual blog posts. Please advise
]]>My client updated the plugin on her website to the latest version and the website was broken. I deleted the plugin an manually installed the version 1.30.3 to get the website up and running, but I think this should be fixed.
I noticed that this topic was started before and closed as “resolved”.
But actually it is not resolved.
So, could you change the twitter logo to X?

Description:Abdi Pranata discovered and reported this Broken Access Control vulnerability in WordPress Social Pug Plugin. A broken access control issue refers to a missing authorization, authentication or nonce token check in a function that could lead to an unprivileged user to executing a certain higher privileged action. This vulnerability has not been known to be fixed yet.

Any assistance is highly appreciated!

Do you have plans to update the free version of Grow Social to add the new Twitter brand ‘X’?

]]>Hi Grow Social Team,
I am having trouble with my social sharing buttons. My buttons at the top and bottom of the page are thinner in width than they were when I first installed the app.
I checked another site using Grow Social and their buttons are longer in width than mine are. I have compared the two below I wanted to know how I could fix this.
How mine currently look:

How I’d like it to look instead (minus the round edges):

]]>The webhosting identified that the grow social plugin can prevent from inserting a featured image in the wordpress dashboard on a post page.
Is there a way to deal with this issue myself without having to delete the plugin?
A couple days ago, I discovered that when I edited a post and clicked “Update,” the post seemed to update but the changes were not saved. If I viewed the live post or reloaded my editor, the post reverted to before my edits.
I spent several hours troubleshooting, which included deactivating all my plugins on a staging site, as well as deactivating my theme. I reactivated the plugins one by one (with my theme still deactivated), and discovered that Grow Social Pro was the culprit.
I deactivated this on my live site, and I’m able to update posts now. Unfortunately, this is currently leaving me with visible Twitter shortcodes in my posts as well as no social sharing options on my posts.
How soon will your team be pushing out a plugin update that is tested with the latest version of WP? Will you be proactively notifying your customers of the conflict? I have confirmed I’m not the only one experiencing this.
Please let us know. Thank you.
]]>Hello,
For some reason, all of a sudden no one is able to pin from any of the Grow pin buttons on my post.
We are getting multiple errors depending on the device you are using. For desktops, we are seeing a message that says “Sorry, something went wrong on our end”.
On mobile devices, we are seeing an error that says “Authentication error” or are being redirected to the pinterest webpage for login, not to the mobile app.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
Thanks!
David
I used the health check and troubleshooting plugin to confirm that Grow Social Pro is causing a conflict with RankMath in the backend. I recently updated Grow to v. 2.16.3 and RankMath v. 1.0.110.
It’s preventing me from editing or creating new RankMath FAQ blocks.
I can’t roll Grow back to a previous version though, so the issue persists.
]]>Hello.
It seems that your plugin (inline content) doesn’t work with Seriously Simple Podcasting. Every time I add an audio file, the share icons stop showing. It seems that there is a conflict between where the audio player shows and where your icons should show.
Would it be possible to make it compatible?
Thank you.
]]>I can’t get the “Hide after reaching Element” function to work. Can you please give me an example of what you expect to see in “Hide Element Selector” (this, for example, did not work for me: https://i.imgur.com/tRKpMtc.png )? Also, at what position does the Hide Element Selector trigger hiding? Is it when the Selector is parallel with the bottom of the social media icons? With the top? Or when the Selector appears on the screen? Or something else? Thanks!

]]>Good day,
While performing PHP 8.0 compatbility testing, our team found that there was a critical error caused by the Grow Social Plugin when trying to access the dashboard [Screenshot]
Checking the changelogs, our team didn’t find any mention of PHP 8.0 compatibility. As a temporary fix, removing the offending line of code allowed us to resolve this error, but we wanted to know if/when you would be providing a PHP 8.0 compatible update?
